But then after a few days, I started craving going to eat outside, or eating ice-cream outside (Where I live its summer going to fall). I'm still better at this than most people I know.

Work out at home, all you need is: a yogamat, a scale, work out pants, running shoes, a sports bra, a hair elastic and a glass of water! 😊 So much easier!

Janie Rees a medical dr here said you most definitely can’t let your hands become dry because of washing etc as the virus will go into cracks, so please moisturize really well too.
Janie Rees when my son was very young and utilized the pool daily, his feet used to dry and crack badly. I used to apply Aquafor at night on them and cover them with sandwich bags (lol) and socks and they were healed and so soft the following morning!

get the B_nd resistant bands! (they have them in Pink too haha) but they're also such good quality and from a more sustainable and ethical brand. I've had mine like 18 months and they've hardly given or frayed
I always love watching your video's, but I'd just like to say that I'm really amazed by a lot of TH-camrs who continue filiming happy videos even though many might be scared or sad or tired as many people can be. You are a real sunshine and do not listen to negative people who are just being plane mean. I'm sure there are many many people who are in a very difficult situation right now. Not just from being sick of being scared, but also so many people that are financially struggling or afraid of losing jobs, income, loved ones, etc. I'll continue watching, as you are all really helping make things a bit lighter for people who are stuck home for example! Hi Freddy 💗 I've tested airpods and xiaomi MI air 2 and tbh they're practically the same except mi 2 are twice or maybe even 3 times cheaper, i really can recommend them if you're looking for some wireless buds (and they really stay in my ears while I workout!)

I've heard that surgeons use beeswax to moisturise their hands since they wash their hands so often. Maybe try that?
