haan patha hain..magar harsha ne dhoni ko criticize kabhi nahi ki..if I am not wrong it all started with Ind vs Ban world T20 match where Harsha as an international broadcaster was being neutral and appreciated the bangladeshi team's efforts.This irked Amitabh bachchan and made him to tweet about commentators not praising/supporting home team,for which Dhoni tweeted supporting to Big B.Later, harsha wrote an apology to Big B out of respect although he knew he wasn't wrong.But, in an international tournament you're supposed to be neutral and commentate based on merits.Its a shame and unfortunate that some Indian celebrity stalwarts got it wrong.

As an Australian, Harsha Bhogle is my favourite commentator. Smart, humble, down to earth and a great man, he is truly incredible. The best man in modern cricket, deserves to be the placed alongside commentating greats like Richie Benaud and Tony Greg.

Very impartial too. Has knowledge of the game. True cricket fan. Unlike Shastri, Manjrekar, Gavaskar or what passes as commentators in India. As an Indian and a cricket fan, Harsha is a rare breed (in India)
Aussie here, love Harsha - he is the best kind of example of the banter and passion when it comes to cricket between India and Australia.

As an Australian I am more than happy to admit our commentators, with the exception of Bill Lawry and Kerry O'Keeffe, are pretty ordinary. I like Harsha due to his happy demeanour and knowledge of the game, sometimes Gavaskar and Shastri are okay but not in this guys league.
Yup .Ravi shastri. Also an ordinary...one .but this bloke is amazing. It's a real pleasure to watch him in commentary box..

Indian commentators Gavaskar, Sanjay Manjrekar, god knows how many golden moments they have ruined. Ravi comparatively ok but not desirable. Harsha is not a commentator but he seems like a lecturer of cricket. Best are tony greg, David bumble, Dean jones, Micheal holding,

One of my favourite commentators. I’m Aussie and he’s better than most of hours going around in the last few years.
He is a highly qualified man .he is gold medalist in engineering(btech) and was also gold medalist in MBA . But he at end choose commentary as career as that was his hobby .

I don't think verbose is the right word here...he is pretty much to the point, and never boring.
I used verbose as a synonym of talkative, and using a lot of words to describe anything..it is used in various contexts..does not always have to go by the rule book while using English, afterall it is a language not an algorithm..u can play around with words as that is how language has evolved over time and will continue to...SEE WHAT I DID THERE..?

I think voluble is right word instead of verbose.
voluble applies to spoken words, verbose applies to written words, I will let you be the judge what should have been used here. and succinct for both spoken or written. Meanwhile, voluble and verbose are synonyms whereas volube/verbose and succinct are antonyms. Cheers !

harsha was really licking his lips for some good banter, but the others had no serious questions or topic at all.
They seem to more interested on making fun on him and his countries.
He threw them off their game just by his knowledge and speech !

My absolute favorite. I am glad to see his excellence recognized on the program. As he is underrated here in India where the big names of yesteryear cricketers overshadowed him.
Just the confidence with which he speaks ,he is flawless ,it's like having a cup of tea for him. You can see why he is called the voice of cricket.
My favourite moment is at 7:45. Classiness oozing from every wave of his voice and words..so so good..
beautiful, classy. Every word he speaks has so much meaning unlike some other commentators. And there are some people who don't enjoy his commentary and say that he doesn't favours india. Well, he is a commentator and not supposed to favor any team.

Harsha never been a head or tail of the game cricket but as a journalist definitely Harsha does miracles , however does it cost too much to appreciate a journalist without a sportsman’s spirit .
What a legend and I was going through the comments on this vedio and some one mentioned that the viewers who responded in the comment section are real and intelligent cricket lovers and I couldn't agree more. Harsha ooses with God like persona and seems to always find right words at the right time.

I think what he's trying to say is that, no one really really understands the sport unless they have played the game themselves. You can talk about it all you like even if you have been broadcasting it for years but unless you haven't played it and don't know what's it like it in middle it is different.

with all due respects mohammad, i love hearing your ramiz raja over harsha. i loved harsha initially but gradually its becoming monotonous. but ramiz makes me laugh out loud even during presentations. A gem of a man too. Watch ramiz's inzamam funny presentation (about youngster!). I can hear his commentary all day! Respects man.
