1. Open the file 2. Set timeline frame rate to 24 3. Trim the clip if required 4. Flatten the frames to clips 5. Convert to frame animation 6. Make frame from layers 7. Set the delay time as 0.04s 8. Save for web legacy
John Pozzi , hello, you are very welcome! The delay is calculated by the framerate 24fps is 24 frames per second. 1 divided by 24 is about 0,04 sec per frame. You can do the same for other frame rates 15fps is 1 divide by 15 = 0,07
Can anyone tell me what to do, after clicking save i become the massage "Could not complete this operation. There was not enough memory avaiable". Help
@@antjasboy nah, it's because Adobe never updated this process. Save for web is "legacy", but there's no new way to save Animated GIFs with this level of customisation and optimasation options. Personally, I still prefer importing video frames - I export the parts in 500 frame chunks. I have 32GB of RAM, but I still struggle to save out sometimes. Clients often have ridiculous requirements. What you can do if you have multiple drives is to try adding other drives as scratch disks.

Never tried it sorry
Thank you so much, this is awesome! May I ask how you determine that 24fps breaks down to a frame delay of .04?
