One of my subscribers reached out to say they were uncomfortable with my "scrolling cursor" and that it was a bit distracting. I promised to try a tune without the cursor. Wow - much more time consuming to lose the cursor. (Or I've just gotten so good at doing the cursor version). Which do you prefer? I like the moving cursor 😊 it's just annoying when it's not perfect synchron with the music...

oh, and btw - I certainly understand the annoyance when it's not synchronized. Believe me, I make every effort.
Mr.B playing whatever instrument you want to B playing. Amazing! Bell, tubular bell, timpani, trumpet. Multi-instrumentalist.
I have to fess up: The bells & timpani were green screened (as I don't own those expensive instruments). However, I'm actually a pretty good timpani player...

Honestly Mr. B-my thoughts were you are actually playing all the percussion equipment, trumpet, fluegel,….BUT, trombone???!!! That’s a heck of an embouchure change. No can do here for me. Another instrument I can’t do (although the embouchure is close to the same as trumpet)-is an F Horn. Unless use a B flat slide. The key of F messes with the ear! A masterpiece
Cursor preferred, whether I use it or not, the cursor is very handy for helping kids with instruction and especially on duets. AND, personally i do use it on some of your challenging pieces. There’s a few other cover authors be nice would add 😊. Chuck Mangione’s Children of Sanchez on psuedo original score is an example. Keep’em coming Bill, I play your music everyday and share with many more, Thank YOU! From SW of KC, 😮, Gene. PS, we watched a hallmark (first time showing) movie over the weekend featuring the falls-including the “hidden” rainbow. 1:24 are you playing it up an octave?
Yes. The symbol “8va” means that you can play it up the octave. I write the lower notes for young players who may not be able to play that high yet…

Why did you show us the wrong octave?
I write arrangements with young trumpet players in mind. Younger trumpet players may not be able to play in the upper range. By indicating "8va", I'm telling people that they have the choice to play it up the octave if they are able.

Why do you play it one way, and write the notes different? You add grace notes and play the music different than what's written. If you play it more difficult, I would think you would write what you are playing. You play very well, and should write exactly as you play. On this particular song you played exactly as written. Some of your other songs you ad things that aren't written.
I play the rhythms and notes as indicated, however, I do add grace notes occasionally.
I’m sorry that you think I’m not accurate enough. I do this for fun, and if you’re not enjoying my material I suppose you could change the channel…
