Happy New Year and at my house we had Black Eyed Peas courtesy of Tennessee Nikki. We had collar greens courtesy of Tennessee Nikki. We had the best macaroni and cheese courtesy. Because I used all her recipes except with my ham I cheated. I threw my ham in a cooking bag with some orange juice and brown sugar. But other than that, we had a very Tennessee Nikki. My fav seasoning is MYO( make your own) i use Eb ( everything bagel as the base , then add cumin italian seasoning paprika and pepprflakes , dill, one jar one seasoning gets it all 👍
