That's not true, many Italians have gone to pl team, if it was the best option. If the choice is between Juve and arsenal of course he will choose Juve even for a bit money less. Juve is a bigger club and it's even bigger for Italians of course. Juve offer is similar to arsenal actually potentially higher for Sassuolo if they will get dragusin who can become a 30 million player in 2-3 years, but Juve cannot pay cash immediately
