Well we have some laws on nature preservation, mostly about "no driving around off road" unless it is allowed,, ;D I am crying my ass off from laughter..... The rescue team was waiting around to find out if they were in danger or needed help....... :p You can walk in the tundra, just do not kick up the moss or leave trash........ I think Kip over reacted, and freaked out for no reason up to he was almost a victim of harsh enviroment. The rule is "No off road traveling in atv 4x4 any sort of vehicle............ " ;)
