Hi! i'd like to know if its possible to make some setting that these members could only use or book the services you offer on the membership once a month. For example, for the membership they can have discounts on places but i want them to be able to redeem it just once a month, then the option got blocked till next month... is it possible?
You don't require the e-commerce Wix plan to receive payments. I have the Unlimited Plan and have linked my Wix account to accept a payment option and I use PayPal. Wix offer you to set up a stripe account. I hope this helps it may just be the words you used to describe the plan but it is quite easy to do. Wix have now renamed all their plans so an update to reference is required. Many thanks for doing this
Thanks for your tutorial! I have set everything up as you described it. Custoners have purchased plans but they have no way to access the membership pages. Once they purchased teh plan, they are not sent any link to access the page they purchased. I cannot find any option on the admin level to have an influence on what happens after they purchase plans. Do you have a video that explains the after-sales steps?

Hey, great video! Just a quick question. Is there a way to add a "You do not have acess" lightbox or page that non members get redirected to when they click on a "restricted" area? If there is do you have a video on it?
I'm trying to implement this for a physical club membership. The club opens in the summer months only and subscription is yearly, so regardless of when individual members register/pay, the membership should end at the end of summer for ALL members. How can I adjust that? Does this "Pricing Plans" module supports that? It looks like each individual membership would have it's own start day and recurring cycle, which doesn't work well for my use case. Thanks in advance! (Great content BTW)

Or do they get charged on the 1st of every month? For example, if a customer buys a plan on the 10th June, does the next payment come out of their bank on the 10th July? Thanks!
Hey, thanks for the great video. My main site is not built on Wix (it's a more complex Saas). I plan to create a separate subscription page and link to it from my website. Then once the client has subscribed on the Wix page, I will manually change permissions on my site. Two questions: 1. @@juliaspeight3860 I have created a paid section for my site using the payment plans. How I do it, is I have a link on my main site for my "Learning Center" (paid content). Hi, The name, email. Don't they need to establish a password, username?. On the video you went to the Main Menu, there was a drop down on the left side, the top link was "Dashboard". Under that was "Contacts and CRM". You said to click on "Contacts and CRM" and add a "members area" for people to sign up to the site. A big box appeared with fields for the person to enter. The problem is that I do have a "Contacts and CRM" button under the Dashboard button. I was able to find a "Contacts" button, but that did not have an option to add the members sign up. I was able to find a separate "contact management" button, but that button didn't have it either. I went to the Wix help search and all that did was say to add "bookings", but I'm not booking anything. I'm just setting up a membership site for people to download documents. I'm trying to get to the big signup form that appeared about 9 minutes into the video (I watched it multiple times!) by selecting "members area" under "Contacts and CRM", which appeared right under the Dashboard button on the menu. Thanks so much for your help!
I already have a merchant account how can I send payments to go to that account? It is much cheaper than the ones thru wix. Love the videos, my comments are not meant to be negative. Just have a lot of questions.
Major question, is there a way to propose the option for the customer to purchase monthly OR yearly plan? I want to give them that option so if they do pay yearly, I can give them a little discount.
You might want to use teachable.com or learnworlds.com Both of those sites are great for building a membership site for your customers to take courses, download pdf files, and etc.
I have utilized the majority of the materials you've explained, but I want people to purchase my membership before signing up for my site. Is this possible? I have it set where I have to approve members but most don't pay after signing up. I need to change it.
This is where the Wix Paid Plan app currently lacks. The only way to accomplish that is to custom build the membership process, which is totally possible, but would require some coding and custom development. If you'd like to explore that route, my team and I are available for hire: info@wixmywebsite.com
Hello my customers subscriptions when due for renewal are being cancelled and neither i nor the customer have instigated the cancellation. Its not really clear to me what the wix process is for renewing pricing plans. is it automated?, should the customer receive an email notifying them that the plan needs renewing (even though I thought it would auto renew)?? Is there a step that I am missing?
This was very helpful information, I was curious is there a way to do content dripping. where you can set content to disappear after a certain time or some content can only be seen after a completion or done button is pressed?
Thank you so much for this very valuable video. You are great. If I have only a single product, single plan, one time payment only, can I have it on my front page( I have a single page) without sending them to another page? Is that possible?
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Really appreciate your time. I have now created the paid plan. I have also added the member area. Apart from the home page, I have created another page which has the exclusive contents there for paid members. Does this page need to be created under home page or should It be under members page?? I am a bit confused.. Thanks once again. You are great brother!
Glad I could help! It would be awesome if you would be willing to shoot a 30-second video testimonial and email it over to: info@wixmywebsite.com explaining how we helped!
Michael great video. I have a question. I already created a monthly membership plan (no recurring charges) which gives access to my members to a specific pages. My question is, does the app eliminate access to this pages automatically after 30 days if the members don't buy the membership again? Thanks
Thanks - Loved the video!! Does Wix allow for PROMO codes for Paid Plans? I want to run a marketing promotion for discount membership but I can't find a function for that... Thanks!
Few questions. First, one of my plans will be a family plan - that is, one purchase buys 4 access logins for 1 year. My thought is to have the purchaser buy one access card, then have the family members request free access and approve manually. Would this be the best way using the Plans, or is there a workaround that I'm not seeing? Second, has Wix indicated that they will allow automatic renewal reminders? I'd like to have a yearly plan with an auto renew email. I can do it manually, but it would be easier to auto renew. I voted for the topic on the Support page.
Question: I already have a members area for paid subscribers but I want to know if someone pays me manually, how can they add their own profile and how do I give them access to the paid members area - (clarification) without filling out their information manually MYSELF, can I give them a link so that they can fill out their own profile info and access paid material?
As always a fantastic video! Question. I'm trying to move my subscription webpage I have in WordPress to Wix. Right now I'm using PayPal and that works wonderfully because the customer is in control of canceling the membership by just going to PayPal and cancel their reoccurring payment plan. If I go with Wix through PayPal will this be the case here also? Or do I have too like you said cancel and turn on every customer myself? Thank you for your time!
great video. Question... am I able to create a membership that automatically emails the customer weekly with the weekly course content, this would include, video, pdfs etc. thank you
Does it renew automatically after the time allotted? Example: I want them to pay a yearly fee. After year one does it auto renew or does it lock them out and prompt them to renew?
Great videos -thanks. I'm setting up a conference registration website that has only 1 cost (early bird) that will change when I get closer to the event. There are no other options. I want to have a closed membership section for those who register so I can have other content and a message forum that all registrants participate in. Am I best to use the WIX events module that has registration and confirmation emails or should I use the membership module for fee collection and creating a membership section?

I made a plan and then login as a customer, bought the plan and its not shown another paid members list in the tab with different color. why? I have to look it in all members list. can you help!
Awesome video. When a member signs up for a plan and becomes a customer or member does that mean they can then just login on the members area on the site and get instant access to the content they've paid for?
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Helpful video but this part needs to be explained more thoroughly. Many similar questions are asked in the comment section without a clear explanation. I'd be happy to email you the three Q's but since I am not the only one asking, my hopes are that you just answer them here: 1) The setup of paid plans seems ok, but what's next? To what extend can I decide what happens when the user clicks on [select]? 2) Sign-up / registration procedure with the info I need for my business. How is this integrated into the process of selecting a paid plan? 3) After registration, selecting a paid plan and actually paying, how to sign in the membership area? How to setup 1, 2, and 3?
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Agreed. However, my project is currently on hold so I could use some answers now. Will your team be able to answer these questions per mail?
Great video, so would it be possible to have a free newsletter subscription button totally separate from the paid content yet using the same email address and can all of this be linked through an external email responder such as get response?
Secondary question, can a user sign up for any given plan straight from a sales page via a buy now type button without always having to be referred back to the "plans and pricing" page?
When you click 'create paid plan' you get 3 new options out in the left bar menu. How do i get those to appear on my own screen ? Cause they do not appear when i have created a paid plan as yours do. I am referring to the dashboard, contacts & CRM, and marketing tools options you are getting. These options do not show for me ?🤔 I want to create a paid plan with a membership site attached to it. So only paying members can get acces to the community blog i want to create 🤔 Hope someone has some advice on how to make this 🙏😇
Great video thanks for that! Is there any way to add terms and conditions to any part of the process? A link to the page, lightbox or something similar?
Hi Michael, I´m trying to create bundles for my clients so that they can pay different prices for bundles of classes depending on their membership level. i.e 5 for the price of 4 classes = $20 for CORAL Members, 5 for the price of 4 classes = $40 for PEARL Members. Is there a way to do this? I have tried creating different bundles and only allowing certain members to purchase them but it hasnt worked, i have tried to create two separate plan pages showing different bundles according to the member page but this feature isnt available. Essentially i want to increase my prices without affecting my loyal members that have been with me from the start. Your help would be so appreciated, tearing my hair out! :)
I have a virtual membership plan that costs 30 per month; I want give people who are members of my physical space free access to this - how can I get them to do this in an auto mated way so they can sign up and access the same paid for member's area (booking of virtual events)?
Thanks for the great video. Just added this to my site. But when I delete a member to cancel membership it does not delete the automatic payment. Do I have to manually delete the automatic payment too. Seems like something that would happen with delete member?
Hi there...so I understood the steps you used here but I am a little confused on next steps. I want to create a plan where once they buy the course, they can login to see videos and worksheets that I created. I do not see where I can attach content to the plan
No am not u are more Well ur video is very inspiring and I have added payment gateway to my six channel all tank to u but I still have so issues Like how to make my login page appear first
Is it somehow possible to create affiliate links, so i can track weather customer a, b or c generated most traffic to my wix site. for example putting links on instagram in order to promote my site.
I set this up but wonder what I am missing, because when I do a test purchase I don’t see where wix is sending the user any log in information. How do they know how to log in once they purchase. Also I wish wix would let us customize log in page.
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Thank you, Michael, for vid and replies and to Shay for the question: "I don’t see where Wix is sending the user any log in information. How do they know how to log in once they purchase"... CLARIFICATION... it appears the login info is stored in the Members List (Dashboard/Customer Management/Site Members). Wondering if/how this data can be shared/stored in database collection? For example, if customer purchases, he/she can login to PAID pages (ex Platinum) and if I have a form on that page to collect more data, I would want to link the form data to this PAID customer. If I insert a database collection element on the PAID page with form, will the newly collected data properly link to this user (do I simply add a username email field to the database collection)?
Could you not have an automated subscription cancellation app button that can stop payments and close accounts while archiving the data and sending an automated confirmation response to the cancelled subscriber when cancellations are received? When memberships get large it will be difficult to go in manually and adjust every account.
Thanks a lot for this video I need Help here! I want to add links to the paid plan button where user has to first fill his personal information & after submission user can make payment
EXACTLY, THAT IS THE BIG QUESTION HERE, Thank God someone else understands this hahaha ! I mean what business sells anything to members without for example getting their name, date of birth, email, and also giving them the option to set up a password to their members account etc. Otherwise, how do they even get into the members' area? OR AM I STUPID, IF I am, I apologize :)
I want to have a free trial run on a specific plan - i.e. They view free trial for 14 days, then automatically convert to the appropriate paid plan originally chosen. Also need it to land on a specific page when completing purchase - to divert to a member sign up page that I created. Same features as Paypal... can this be done on Wix Paid Plans?
Do you have to HAVE an estimated time of access for these memberships? I would like to have a course where people just pay for their content one time and they can come back to see it anytime indefinitely.
I have set up the plan and did not create a members area as the app automatically did this. A key point regarding payment options of the plan. I only need two membership options 1. annual 2. monthly The point is just like Wix offer us there is no option for until the customer cancels for an annual plan and there is no option for the monthly plan to be set for a minimum period of 12 mths and then until the customer cancels (12 mths minimum equals the annual one off payment option but is not best value) Can you help Wix figure this common requirement out. Many thanks keep up the good work

Hi Michael, I am building an educational coaching website which has 3 levels - L1, L2 and L3. I want Gold, Silver and Platinum (GSP) Membership plans for all levels. I think of 2 ways - Option A- I make 9 pricing plans with overlapping information(all 3 level GSP have same services). Option B- I attach an attribute with user details while signup indicating which level he is pursuing. For member pages, I want to make visible to a member to view Lx page if he is pursuing xth level (x=1,2,3) ( irrespective of their GSP pricing plans). How can I go about it smoothly? Question 1 - is option A or B is better? Question 2 - I feel option B is cleaner - if yes, how to add level as a mandatory attribute with member signup or while paying for a pricing plan and make it a constant value till the end of semester? He would be able to access only his level resources. Let me know if anything is unclear. Many Thanks in Advance.
WARNING: There is a huge bug! I have a problem. I can assign the plans and packages to a specific sites, like the blog with no issues. Clicking on my blog requires a login. Perfect! BUT once im logged in, copy the links of the blog posts and log out im still able to view them!!! Have you checked this?
I am so confused. The set up is so different now. when I go into membership settings the only seledted members or paying customers is not an option It says only people I approve. when I add the page there is no settings option to set up permissions.
Hi man, this is a great video, but it only answers half the question, unfortunately. Here goes: I want the customer to be able to hit (for example platinum membership, cause I also feel like I'm in a platinum mode today:) AFTER they hit that button THEY NEED to get to A FORM where they can fill in their personal info like Name, Date of birth, Email, Password, etc, BEFORE they get to the payment option. I am basically talking about a register-form. OTHERWISE, how in the name of Christ do they even get into the members area. Sorry I might sound stupid af and I apologize to the entire internet watching this. But am I THE ONLY ONE that feels like WIX missed to clearly explain this step:)??? Again thanks for a great video anyway :) Best regards / from a stupid boy :)

How can you have a paid membership site with course videos and pdf files and articles? by the way this video was very helpful.
Hey there! Thank you. Also, what do you mean by without sending them to another page?
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Really appreciate your time. I have now created the paid plan. I have also added the member area. Apart from the home page, I have created another page which has the exclusive contents there for paid members. Does this page need to be created under home page or should It be under members page?? I am a bit confused.. Thanks once again. You are great brother!
Thanks a lot! Very helpful..
Thanks
Hey Daryl,
That is correct. The app should be working as such.
Thanks.
Thanks - Loved the video!! Does Wix allow for PROMO codes for Paid Plans? I want to run a marketing promotion for discount membership but I can't find a function for that... Thanks!
Thank you! Glad I could help you out. At the moment, this is a feature they are looking to implement.
Shoot me an email: info@wixmywebsite.com
When someone buys this membership on your wix site will it automatically renew their subscription each month?
Is there a way to make it redirect you to a certain url after purchase?
Great video! It was very helpful!
Hey Gregor, that is how it is supposed to work. You shouldn't have any issues making the leap.
Awesome content
Thank you! Glad you like it!
Thanks a lot for this video

Why i can't see the "CONTACT & CRM"button ,Thank you

Any answer?

Im looking to do something that charges them monthly... any ideas on that?
Do you know where you switch currency type at? Mine is set for Euros
Your Website Settings in your Wix Dashboard.
great video. Question... am I able to create a membership that automatically emails the customer weekly with the weekly course content, this would include, video, pdfs etc. thank you
Yes you can do this through Wix's Automated Emails or Triggered Emails.
Does it renew automatically after the time allotted? Example: I want them to pay a yearly fee. After year one does it auto renew or does it lock them out and prompt them to renew?
Yes, it should renew automatically.
Hey, is it possible to automatically cancel the membership if he did not pay for this month?
If you are using the Paid Plans App, the user would have to contact the site owner to cancel and you can stop their membership from your dashboard.
If you are interested in getting this built out professionally for your conference, my team specializes in Wix Code membership builds. You can shoot us an email: info@wixmywebsite.com
I made a plan and then login as a customer, bought the plan and its not shown another paid members list in the tab with different color. why? I have to look it in all members list. can you help!
how much it would cost in creating a membership site in wix?
A Paid Plan appears on my website as a separate page. Is there are way to add the elements to a strip on my home page / single page website?
Awesome video. When a member signs up for a plan and becomes a customer or member does that mean they can then just login on the members area on the site and get instant access to the content they've paid for?
As long as your login re-directs to your member's area!
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Please teach on these steps.
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Helpful video but this part needs to be explained more thoroughly. Many similar questions are asked in the comment section without a clear explanation. I'd be happy to email you the three Q's but since I am not the only one asking, my hopes are that you just answer them here:
1) The setup of paid plans seems ok, but what's next? To what extend can I decide what happens when the user clicks on [select]?
2) Sign-up / registration procedure with the info I need for my business. How is this integrated into the process of selecting a paid plan?
3) After registration, selecting a paid plan and actually paying, how to sign in the membership area?
How to setup 1, 2, and 3?
@@zoepaal5222 Great questions! I think the best method would be to make a video about it!
@@TheWixTrainingAcademy Agreed. However, my project is currently on hold so I could use some answers now. Will your team be able to answer these questions per mail?
currently using teachable to host video lessons on Teachable. Can I host videos on Wix with a similar interface?
Yes, but it would need to be custom developed.
Can I add TH-cam videos and have TH-cam video only accessible to members and general public
You sure could! Needs to be custom developed.
Wix Training Academy thank you
When you click 'create paid plan' you get 3 new options out in the left bar menu. How do i get those to appear on my own screen ? Cause they do not appear when i have created a paid plan as yours do.
I am referring to the dashboard, contacts & CRM, and marketing tools options you are getting. These options do not show for me ?🤔
I want to create a paid plan with a membership site attached to it. So only paying members can get acces to the community blog i want to create 🤔
Hope someone has some advice on how to make this 🙏😇
What about after someone has say paid for six months, if there any way to set up for them to renew instead of having to keep charging them
Great video thanks for that! Is there any way to add terms and conditions to any part of the process? A link to the page, lightbox or something similar?
During the Paid Membership registration process, you should have the ability to turn on GDPR settings which will require consent/opt-in.
Unfortunately, as of right now, I believe you have to cancel the auto-payment as well.
Hi there...so I understood the steps you used here but I am a little confused on next steps. I want to create a plan where once they buy the course, they can login to see videos and worksheets that I created. I do not see where I can attach content to the plan
You can do this. You would have dedicated member pages that you add content to.
No am not u are more
Well ur video is very inspiring and I have added payment gateway to my six channel all tank to u but I still have so issues
Like how to make my login page appear first

Really struggling, i cannot find the contacts and CRMs? can somebody please help me. I have the eCommerce, highest package. Thanks in advance.
Hi! Is there a way for consumers to select an option when they buy my item?
Like, they can buy my item OR subscribe the item monthly and save 10%.
I just launched a brand new service/platform, head over to Ask Wix: www.askwix.com/ and submit your project!
We can certainly help you here!
If I'm creating an audiobook website for a series, can a give my members a 'free month / cancel anytime after' option?
They are working on adding a trial period option.
is there a % fee in having memberships? thinking of using this method over Patreon if I can cut out the 10% platform fee.
No, there is not a fee!
hi friend how cna i show this table on homepage?
Is it somehow possible to create affiliate links, so i can track weather customer a, b or c generated most traffic to my wix site. for example putting links on instagram in order to promote my site.
soooo helpful! thank you!
Since there is a "until user cancels" option. Where would possibly user cancel it on the website ? I cannot seem to find it anywhere
The user must contact the site owner to cancel. Easiest way is to create a user cancel form and add it as a link on the site.
I set this up but wonder what I am missing, because when I do a test purchase I don’t see where wix is sending the user any log in information. How do they know how to log in once they purchase. Also I wish wix would let us customize log in page.
Hey Shay,
Yes, they are working on both of the items you mentioned.
Should be released soon!
Whenever I put up the paid plans on a page and then save it too then click preview it goes away? whats happening?
The entire app disappears?
Could you not have an automated subscription cancellation app button that can stop payments and close accounts while archiving the data and sending an automated confirmation response to the cancelled subscriber when cancellations are received? When memberships get large it will be difficult to go in manually and adjust every account.
If you custom build the membership website (which our team offers) you can do that. With Paid Plans, you cannot.
Thanks a lot for this video

Wix is working on creating a feature for this.
Do you have to HAVE an estimated time of access for these memberships? I would like to have a course where people just pay for their content one time and they can come back to see it anytime indefinitely.
You can do that. I would recommend the custom development through Wix though.
Many thanks keep up the good work
Thank you for your feedback! I will try and work with Wix on this.
Is there a way on wix where members can look a the page membership pages but cant edit them
Which WIX plan does the Admin need for this feature to work?
To accept payments on your Wix website, you typically need the eCommerce plan.
thanks great video!!
Thank you!

What template are you speaking of?

This has to do with the blog. You may need to change permissions on your blog.
I am so confused. The set up is so different now. when I go into membership settings the only seledted members or paying customers is not an option It says only people I approve. when I add the page there is no settings option to set up permissions.
I am getting ready to create a course on this. Can I count you in?
How come plans don’t show in revenue?
They don't show at all?
So no way to do Three month or yearly etc?

I have a few different colors. Are you asking what the #colorcodes are?

Yes, you can custom develop to customize the experience, but it requires using only portions of the Paid Plans app.
