Meute dans la rue | Live Plus Près De Toi

Ce matin, on a reçu une fanfare, un marching band dans la plus pure tradition de la Nouvelle-Orleans, sauf que non, Meute n'est pas une fanfare comme les autres. Meute, c’est une troupe de clubbers et de musiciens venus de Hambourg, qui se compte au-delà des doigts de nos deux mains, et qui ont décidé depuis maintenant un peu moins d’un an, de rendre hommage et tous ses disques de noblesse à un genre musical qui fait danser la planète depuis plus de 30 ans : la techno.
Et quel plus bel hommage aurait-on pu rendre à la musique électronique que cette union de douze musiciens, pour reprendre avec finesse, montée, break, et gros kick, les grands classiques, et prouver une bonne fois pour toutes que non, un DJ n’est pas juste « le mec qui appuie sur des boutons derrière des platines ». Ce matin, le Dj devient donc une meute et descend avec toute son énergie de son booth pour rejoindre le public très tôt, matin ou after va savoir, et nous reprendre l’hymne bien connu de cette antenne de Papa Laurent Garnier : « The Man With The Red Face », sur leur premier album qui vient de sortir Tumult. Meute, après un live incroyable dans un Café Nova en feu, on les a même suivi dans la rue, devant les locaux de Nova avenue Ledru-Rollin. Désolé encore, les voisins, pour le réveil en fanfare…
