We use lots of photo boxes and shoe boxes because they stack really well. Of course we are nowhere near as profesh as you guys!!

My dad is a welder so since I am making a giant Popsicle stick house he is bringing me a hole bunch of the plastic from the welder hoods. (used of course) and they work perfectly!

Don't be sorry! She said she gets them at hobby lobby or michaels, she also has a website where you can download and print out and design you want from home.

+MyFroggyStuff I actually use the 14x14 boxes for my dollhouse. I have a corner in my room where I stack, mix and match rooms in my dollhouse, just using the 14x14 boxes. They are a bit spacey, but totally worth it.
+Amari Garner - Have you ever tried 16" x 16"? You could always trim the top part down; but I think those would work even better.
could we still use a trifold for a regular sized barbie doll if we want like a mansion or something?

Helena u fold it straight and then run ur scissors along it till u get it as sharp as u want
Shrinky dink plastic is great for making large store windows because it is the size of computer paper and you have more plastic to make windows.
I love the attention to detail that you put into your projects. They are hand crafted, so of course flaws are going to happen, however you work hard to make it less obvious. I have watched some crafters on here not give enough attention and the obvious hand crafted-ness makes it look far too sloppy and unpleasing. I have a character flaw of perfectionism, so I always love seeing how you put so much care into your projects.

Hey! I'm just gonna have a request..? If you guys could do more tutorials on how to do stuff for American girl dolls??? My Niece have an american girl doll and I want to make her things for her doll cuz if you buy them on AG shop's/sites its really NOT THAT CHEAP AT ALL. And my mom was planning to buy one too because she love's making small dresses for dolls and also for kids and I want to help them do some craft things because we sell dresses and stuff for dolls. I have a lot of ideas running in my mind and most of them are from your crafts/videos but It's kinda difficult for me to do it because AG dolls are big so I don't know how much boxes and what sizes should I make for them and I tried to make a room for it using the same techniques your using on making doll rooms for barbie but it just didn't work well for me. Its Vacation time and I want to do something instead of rotting myself at home cuz I'm just new here in US and I didn't start school yet, I don't have friends yet and so that's why I want to keep myself busy at least by making this crafts. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! NOTICE MY REQUEST D: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEE. Wow its been a longer time than i remember since they made this! I made a doll house with a cereal box too! The only difference was that it wasn't fold-able and i added an extension on both sides which made a modern everyday house
shape! It wasn't move-able because i used hot glue instead of glue sticks and paper. I also hot glued on the floors.
i will put a roof but just with fairy lights to give it the realistic look instead of perfect lighting. It gives the home more of a
warm feeling!

How long do you take to make one room
5 hours. i did furniture and it took me 3hrs.
Oh..finally I found this one! Unfortunately, I need practice on cutting the box open. But I think this will be my best way to present a store that someone wants me to make for his Ken doll since the shortage of room space in his room. Believe me, I am taking my time. 💕💕🌈🌈🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Josie Golebiewski you could always use printer paper and make the room wall’s white and then, use paint to make a splatter wall. for the floor, use construction paper as a carpet type of flooring. it’s not as nice but it’ll still look cool! ^^

i know you made this video ages ago but i am watching it again and i have a question. i have tried a few times to make a doll room in a cereal box but i always find them to be to flimsy and it bends in? i live in australia so i don't know if your cereal boxesare thicker or not or if I'm doing something wrong.

the cereal boxes here aren't that stable either. i live in the U.S.A but you can always add on more cardboard to make it not as flimsy.

I had some - recently cleared out my art boxes so I don’t have them anymore, but I got them at a festival :)
Hey, I got an advice for those who don't have cereal boxes or can't get one (like me, in Poland we have cereal in plastic bags). I think a shoes box will do the work too, so I will use one of those! (you know, that box you have when you buy new shoes, I don't know if in UK/US you have that too, I never checked that up tbh) I never throw them away, so I can use them again, for example for a project like this :)

Here is another tip for windows: If you don't have Clear plastic you can use food packing that have plastic cover around it, and you can wash it to get crumbs or anything that it on it off :) Hope that helped!
