Looks so delicious 💕! This is my guess on the ingredients used : -Cooking oil -Finely minced garlic (1tsp) -Medium shelled shrimps (3 tails, thawed) -Small shelled shrimps(4 tails, thawed) -Broccoli (chopped bits) -Cherry tomatoes in quarters (1) -Marina sauce (1/2 cup) -Heavy whipped cream/ +milk (1/2 cup) -Pasta water/ Water (1/2 cup) -Spaghetti (1 serving, cooked) -Oyster sauce (1~2 tsp) -Black pepper flakes -Dried parsley/ basil leaves 1. Lightly fry the garlic with a splash of oil under high heat. 2. Add in the prawns, broccoli and tomatoes and continue to fry for 30 seconds or until whole prawns start to turn red in colour. 3. Pour the marinara sauce, whipping cream/+milk and water into the pan, then mix. 4. Add in cooked pasta and oyster sauce and cook on high heat for another 2 minutes for the sauce to decrease. 5. Plate the pasta, then sprinkle on some black pepper and parsley/ basil flakes. Serve and enjoy!! Note : If you’re using different types of pasta, the amount of pasta water and time for the sauce to decrease may differ 😉 e.g. Angel hair, 1/4 cup, 30s~1min
I'm trying to learn here.. So its 1 tsp minced garlic, put the prawn, broccoli, and cherry tomato in, then marinara (?) sauce, cream (or maybe cream+milk), put the angel hair pasta in, brown sauce (worcestershire sauce?), and lil black pepper. Then reduced it down till its creamy.
For those of you wondering about the recipe, here is my guess. Step 1: Add oil and minced garlic to the pan on medium heat. Let it simmer a bit till the garlic becomes yellow, not golden. Step 2: Add baby tomatoes, shrimp, and broccoli to the pan on medium high heat. After the shrimp is cooked halfway, move on to step 3. Step 3: Add tomato sauce(?) and milk/cream (?) and some water. Add in half cooked angel hair pasta, a bit of oyster sauce(?), and a pinch of black pepper on medium heat. Cook till the mixture becomes creamy. Step 4: Serve and Enjoy! **WARNING: This is my guess on this recipe. It may be wrong.
I was supposed to visit South Korea last April and I've been looking forward to tasting all the awesome streetfood there but then the pandemic happened 🥺 the best I could do is just binge all your videos.
idk if they add tomato sauce or spicy sauce. but i made this myself like at least 5 times and i added gochujang to mine cream pasta and OMGGGGGG it was so good. i used bacon instead of seafood and added like lots of garlic. so good
it is most probably a foodcourt, small stalls equip with minimal kitchen and there will be other stalls next to them.. the price 8000won for this dish is relatively cheap. proper restaurant would charged over 10000 won for that
Nysa Kea No this actually popped up in my recommendation I thought there will be blinks to see rosé’s fav food but turns out we’re the only ones here lol
I've seen a lot of footage of Italian cooking in Asian countries. In the West the cooking method is different. It takes me longer and there's more simmering. However, I'm gonna try the stir-fry method of making pasta cuz it looks healthier and it's faster. Looks damn good!

I think it’s spaghetti, not angel hair😅 whatever though~
Avani Lakkawar you’re welcome 😉 I tried it myself and it taste very good! You could put more marinara sauce if u don’t like creamy food
Jenn S yup will do too!
@@hanqingchai7305 I am going to skip marinara sauce 😂 I don't like tomatoes
I Wish there can be some commentary or notation on what ingredients are used

Something similar
Heavy cream and tomato sauce?
Broccoli, shrimp, parsley, salt and pepper
wait what about the brown sauce was added after the cream and tomato sauce? was that oyster sauce?

Cream and oyster sauce definitely
It looked like he added white wine to it too but I could be wrong 🤷🏻
@@Hmoobgai nah he used the cooking water from the pasta. Old trick for anyone who wants to thicken a sauce quickly
Stephanie Del Rosario ah I see thanks 😊
@@Hmoobgai maybe the clear liquid was rose'...since it's called "rose shrimp pasta"

Are you sure this dish is a street food? More looks like a restaurant food, I think....
That's must be a delicious dish for the stylish people instead of a street dish

food cart selling on the street
MrBadack ikr
because it isn't korean food, but hey it was cooked in korea so let's just claim it as such (as with many other "korean street food")
That street food can be my whole dinner tho 😂
It's for dinner i guess
The way the pasta is presented on the dish is really lovely 😊

I'm first to wacth your video😊

Unpopular opinion: I like Korean style pasta way more than regular Italian pasta.
What is Korean style pasta lol
Tae TM it’s just the way Koreans make it tastes so different. Traditional ingredients but they tend to be more creamier and more scrumptious 🥴
Korean pizza is better too imo!
How dare you 😂
@@ko10koreanching I don't think you know what traditional means lol
*waooaw nice recipe ❤ i loved it*
Yeah in Italy we call this AL LA VODKA SAUCE OR PINK SAUCE. Thats when you mix the marinara sauce with the white sauce.

Great observation.
Definitely not healthy, it's flooded with heavy cream
