Hey! You helped me so much on the dash speaker upgrade! This is my project today … it’s a 2024 gladiator will these speakers work ? And do you like the bass in these? And will you do a subwoofer video 😅
@@edthiery72 the bass is definitely better than stock, but a sub woofer is the best way to go to really get bass. You are limited with the soundbar for how much air you can move, so it doesnt get a lot of deep bass. I want to make a subwoofer install video soon though!
I will be doing my install next week (thanks for the video and links) and I was just wondering if you had any rattling in the soundbar? If I cut out the old housing having random rattles will drive me crazy 😂 anything you would recommend to mitigate rattles would be helpful thanks.
@@chrishanmer7988 I did have some rattling but it was from the speaker grill. I went back and put the foam weather seal that came with it in there and it went away
Just finished the installation. Thanks again. I’m so happy with the look and how it sounds. I did use a reciprocating tool I think it made it a little easier.
@@benware9355 it would definitely have 6x9s in the back and probably 6.5s up front but you would need to double check with your trim package. I recommend all the JBL speakers I used. Not expensive and sound amazing

@@TheDerekFrank Awesome I will definitely be waiting on that subwoofer vid!
This is awesome, I did mine and the speakers don't work. Did your harness connect to the small plug or bigger plug?
@@Qmann05 I did the bigger plug
I installed braket and used a routo zip tool to cut out .

Do you have the premium sound system with sub?
@@donaldj.alexander2627 I did but the sub was blown when I bought it
Did I leave my sweatpants at your house? Nice video btw. Any speakers you would recommend to replace the stock ones in my F150?
Lol I haven't seen any sweatpants......but get these JBL for your truck. What year is it?
