No doubt people will whinge and complain about the game when it comes out but I just wanna say thank you to Steel City Interactive for actually making a boxing game!
Fight Night Champion came out in 2011 and we’ve had absolutely NOTHING for 13 YEARS!
So thank you for taking the initiative and creating a boxing game. Whether the game is good/bad.. Give them constructive feedback to improve the game if necessary.
We ALL need to support this game, make this game a huge success and hopefully it will encourage others to make more boxing games (Hint EA)

To be honest a good game is a good game and a bad game is a bad game no matter what studio it comes from. I have Early Access and from what I'm playing the graphics are nice the gameplay feels nice until you play against another player. That's what the game shows where is undeveloped there is no way for a low rate fighter to beat a high rated fighter no matter how good your boxing strategy. You can't block because if you block your damage still go down on your head you can't Bob and weave neither. I don't care if I had nothing for 20 years if you're not going to be better than a game that came out in 2011 with the big budget that you have well then you're no good or maybe you need better TH-camrs to to stop hyping you up as a matter of fact you have fight night formula and all they had to do is build off that I think they're a bunch of idiots who just thought that they can be better than EA and wind up creating a s*** product but we'll see the final.
Dude. They improved so much in such a short time it’s actually incredible for such a small company like this to be able to make a masterpiece that will definitely go down as one of the best boxing games out there!

We expect a different career mode, with a lot of changes. Because currently it is boring

@Pyrex3421 It was advertised you could at first.. Same as being able to retire and come out of retirement at a later date.. I wanna be able to call out other fighters, I want each fight to feel different, I wanna get involved in actually doing the training, I wanna do press conferences and choose if I do controversial things at the weigh in to promote the fight.. There's so much more they can do to make it feel more real. Right now it's so dull. Every fight feels the same and even though I've upgraded my fighter he feels shit and ridiculously slow. Needs a whole revamp before release.

Training system spastic the weight gain is stupid and the body modifier is all wrong
I think I am speaking for a lot of us here:
1. Add robes
2. Make the Cut-man actually treat cuts
3. Add new commentary lines and make it less repetitive
4. Career mode needs some love
5. Optimize the game, it runs poorly for no good reason
6. Anti-cheat would be sweet
7. Listen to your fan base, we are the ones paying you
This game has SO MUCH potential. But it lacks in so many absurd and unnecessary ways. It would be such a shame to waste it, people will buy your product MORE if you improve it and listen to what they want. It's a win-win.
Also add the ref in the ring to add to realism

This would make the game tremendously better!!!
1. Referee in the ring and referee stoppages. Make to where some of the stoppages are too soon like real life.
2. Robes and ring gear , that should be easy. Shorts , signature attire from fighters real life fights.
3. Career mode needs to be more interactive, 6 mini games isn't a big ask. You could even do 3 per week with each one giving your boxer different pros and cons to make to 6 mini games matter.
4. Face scan , its really simple and effective.
5. The punching still looks clunky after new patch , more moCap of real boxers sparring each other would totally fix the punching.
7. In Fight corner session mini game , yes fight had it but they dropped if as if it wasn't good.
8. Clinching is a part of boxing, should be in the game.
9. Blood and Swelling needs to be worked as well

Wwe 2k24 has a separate website where you can upload images so if you want to make someone get a picture of their face edit it on your phone or laptop whatever you're on then hit upload on the website then go into your game and accept the image and you put who evers face on your character sometimes it turns out really good and sometimes it looks like dog sht
They also need to re-do the amateur fighting tournament for career mode. It’s the stupidest thing ever, since when do amateurs fight in a bar/night club with no headgear wtf? 😂
They need to add amateur fighting gear and put the fights in some type of amateur fighting environment like some sort of basketball gym or some kind amateur fighting facility idk lol
The fact you cant change weight classes in career mode or win titles in multiple weight classes puts this game 20 years back

To ALL the people using the game on Steam as an example - THE GAME YALL ARE PLAYING ON STEAM IS N-O-T THE FULL OR FINAL RELEASE. IDK why people cant get that thru their heads. That's early Access, not the actual game. Stop using Early Access as the measure when that is not what they are releasing. They just had a big event and the footage is in fact totally different. The Steam game is not the final or full game. Hope that helps.

LET’S GO. Been following this game since the humble beginnings of when it was ESBC Boxing and this game has come so far. I can’t believe we’re this close to an official release, but I’ve more than ready 🙂.

Omg as I expected. No ref in the ring, no actual training mini games in career mode. no mention of a one min healing mini game or even stat allocation/midfight gameplan switch. Just looks like rock rockum boppers. The one thing that really bugs me is about the no training minigames in a video 4 years ago it shows I'm showing an experimental state of this feature and it looks pretty damn good at an experimental state so why would they stop this it almost makes no sense

This game better have a hell of a lot more improvements once it's released. Because if this is all we're gonna get. After waiting over 10 years for a boxing game, people are gonna be p***** It's amazing, with all the technology we have. Today we can't get a boxing game that emulates Real boxing almost every other sport has been able to do so.
We need realistic flash knockdowns, counter. Left hook on left hook knockouts.

The character creation is 1 of the most important things in a boxing game so for them to be so bad is really crazy ….. people want to be able to have a lot of customization for online or to make boxers not in the game etc ❗️
This game has a lot of potential, but the early access doesn’t have me jumping to buy the game…again

Mayweather apparently asked for 10 mill so not happening. AJ has some type of deal with EA Sports because he was in one of the UFC games so that may be why he is not in there yet.

Let's not forget this is an Indie company. Fight Night had a much larger budget to work with. I'm sure career mode will improve over time. For this being their 1st crack at it, I'm impressed.

What was depth about fight Night career mode? Absolutely nothing. Once you earned the belt you are fighting the same guys you beat 5 times prior. Then once the real legitimate fighters retire, the rest of the career mode is fighting creative fighters with 10 plus losses lol. Fight night round 2 had the best career in my opinion because the game tried to FORCE you to retire by making your fighter fat and weak lol

@@Guidedxbandoright now it’s Early Access and they have been giving us video updates on how they plan on making it better upon release. It’s fun but it’s currently rough around the edges and needs some work. Overall is a good BOXING game. If you’re looking for a more arcade type fighter, UFC a better option. I love UFC games, but this game focuses more on realism. It’s super fun when you and your opponent online have a chess match and box.

This is by far their most ambitious of all their claims.
They have avoided speaking about the roster for over a year.
They have given no update on what the roster will be at launch or who will be available for their very likely massively overpriced dlc.
They have given no road map of when they will release new fighters.
It is pure delusion for people to be claiming we will see a roster much larger than we currently have.
@@justinkirschenman2232 I agree with you, I myself am a participant in early access, and the fact that they do not release updates so that we cannot really assess the current state of the game before release, this causes some concerns about their honesty, it feels like they are trying to create a positive aura around the release. Even with the release, they will naturally give early access to all sports bloggers who will play and create a positive attitude. I hope we are wrong and the game will actually be in good condition, at least better than the current early access version.

I dont understand why everybody so excited, based on this gameplay video i don't see any changes from the early access, and early access was raw. And i am not talking about gameplay, it is mostly about everything that surround the game: Entrances, introductions, animations, commentators, poor career mode. I expected more attention to details from this game.
How many years everybody is waiting for the official release? And with all this time, they can't add proper details, its sad

when champ enter the ring and team holding his belts
celebration animations with belts and team, not only when fighter get his hands raised and celebrate like a baby
career mode
1. all top fighters either 45 years old current boxers or regens with 20 losses, this is not how the boxing rankings looks like
2. Negotiations and training camp should have animations, are we in 2008? Why is career mode menu need to looks like microsoft excel?

fight night champiuon came out in 2011. its still played by thousands at a time in 2024. you may not be good enough to play fight night but to say we been without a boxing game for so long. we've had one since 2011. the best one ever made.

tAKE A LOOK AT OVERHAND INTERACTIVE , they have a tiny team working on a MuaiThai game, they showcased some boxing on there (you can find on TH-cam) and its way better than undisputed... its baffled me how a few developer friends can create something way better as a side note of they remain game...

Improve:
1.Ring Entrances, They are bland and are the exact same if you are the champ or a nobody. When I am the undisputed champ then I want to see all my gold when I come to the ring.
2. Fighter Introduction: I haven't played in a while but the lead up to the actual fight was weak. No introductions, no records, no the undefeated, the undisputed world heavyweight champ!. Yeah there is none of that.
3. Fighters: Obviously we all want all the fighters and that won't happen due to money, politics, etc. I'm happy with what we have but you know who we want. TYSON. We want Iron Mike.
Overall it is a great game that they can polish a bit more. The fighting I feel is top notch but i am not a professional boxer or anything. I like the change of stance to increase knockouts etc.
You need to introduce a lot of animations (not in the gameplay). Varied animations when entering the ring, presentations, victory celebrations, etc. More life to the trainers, they seem like cardboard, that they animate and have emotions depends on the moment of the fight.
Career mode should allow you to chase greatness and become pound for pound king 🥊 💯

for a boxing video game it couldn't have looked any better, everything just looks good the animations, the graphics, the boxers, the everything.. this is THE BOXING game ever has been waiting for
Sounds and looks like an early access update being thrust into a release state too soon. Nothing here seems to deepen the experience at all. Just a balance patch when the game needs more than just balance right now.
How this isn't being widely acknowledged is beyond me.
