      Cheers malc. Yere all the ones on the edges and reveals have to be done then most have to be cut to fit. There a lot of work in it. But it is fun to do the soon goes by 👍👍👍

      😂Cheers mate. Yere I get about a bit lol. It's the customers when I started out I just did bricklaying. Then They were like or can you do us a bit of flagging. Then after that. Can you just tile the bathroom it's just like flags but up the wall not flat. Then it went on from there lol they let me practice on there houses lol 👍👍👍

    Would do my head in laying irregular size blocks. Years ago we had a little guillotine that we would use to cut with. It would cut solid bricks or concrete blocks and probably stone like this. It was a pretty sturdy steel tool that used a hydraulic Jack like a car Jack and you would just put the brick under the steel blade and give the handle a few pushes then the top blade would push down onto the brick, there was another fixed blade on the underside of the tool, so the two blades effectively cut the brick. For cutting I would normally just use the angle grinder but where you want a rough edge like here the guillotine was a useful option. From memory it was pretty good at cutting where you wanted the cut to be by having the fixed blade at the bottom. I would think these days if it’s still made it would be about a $250 tool.

    On the main building how did you get around the cavity tray keeping the pattern? Doing my head in, must be an easier way than grinding a line.

      Yes mate we had to grind a line we're the cavity is. Then just put wall tiles up 👍👍
