@@ravishingreptiles awesome I'm about to purchase one today, got any tips for a customized one for a ball python? I'm getting the 4x2x19" one with a shelf and half screen to put my halogens on top instead of RHP
@@El-ng7mb awesome! They’re a great company. And nope! The enclosure set up sounds good, just make sure to keep an eye on humidity bc the open screen will tend to dry it out quicker
@@ravishingreptiles I really appreciate you acknowledging that, especially since this was my 1st ever video of yours I watched. I am fascinated with the Emerald Trees Boas and its equivalent, the Green Tree Python. I was hoping your video would help tip the scales.
@@suran396 I don’t have any emerald tree boas but from what I hear they’re pretty amazing! I do have 9 GTPs and I have zero complaints about them. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone with a bit of experience with snakes or at least willing to do a ton of research on them first. They’re really amazing and my favorite ever species of snake
@@ravishingreptiles thank you! 54 year old mommy here who has always stopped to scoop snakes out-of the road so no one runs them over. The biggest was a HUGE rat snake that managed to wrap himself around my thigh a few times (I was a 20 year old skinny bitty girl at the time,) and took me awhile to unwrap on my own! LOL The most venomous were majove sidewindesrs. The most exotic, imo, were eastern hognose. The most salty was a rat snake who was super unhappy with being saved. Got our 1st family snake last year, an MBK. He's a little salty, but come on! Really???? Obsessed with the idea if the ETB, but frankly a bit intimidated by those teeth. Would like to learn more about their unrelated, but weirdly similar "cousins", the GTP.
@@suran396 keep getting them off the road :) I do the same, almost got tagged by a diamondback last time but it’s worth it lol. MBKs are super cool, I’ll probably get one someday
