Could you try and rebuild Steaua Bucharest? They won the UCL in '86 and haven't really meant anything in the european football since (except the '89 season when they lost the UCL final against Milan).
He should rebuild Dinamo Bucharest instead, they are probably going down in league 2 this year.FCSB is doing great, they are on 2nd place, they the dont need a rebuild plus they have a lot of talented players in their squad with good potential.

I think you should do a Portsmouth carea mode to get them back to there FA Cup , champions league, premier league days or create and rebuild their 2008 team from when they won the FA cup, or add national league (if you can)

I think classing such young players as failed wonder kids is a bit of a stretch. And 80+ potential is still good. With dynamic potential and 20 yrs old with 80+ potential they’re practically guaranteed to reach the 90s
I know you have just done a Argentina rebuild recently but I suggest doing a sprint to glory with a South American team and try and sign at least 1 player from each country in the continent

Hey Cani i love your rebuilds and im doing some for myself and i think i have the hardest challenge for you yet (i suggest a low tier team for that) ur only too allowed free agents that aree regens or game created so no real players that are from countries you cant send a scout in. i have done it for myself and it is possible. much love
James Sands is a CDM that can play CB most of the time. I'm not sure why in this he was a CB, but for almost all of his career he has played CDM, and really only played CB in a back three.
Hey cani, i know ur a liverpool fan but i think it would be cool to do a chelsea rebuild but, u can only use players who came through our youth academy, for example; u could sign Declan Rice or Abraham back and keep Mount & James etc, but the rest of the players who dont fit the category u sell, for a super low fee (so it is fair), no scout future stars or youth academy players, Cobham rebuild
