Unfortunately not everyone has perfectly smooth skin, bleeding after a straight razor shave is pretty common. there are gels and other products (like styptic pencils and astringents) that will quickly stop the skin from bleeding

I found that out first time I tried a “unisex” shop .. some elderly lady worker said she’s ready to wash my hair which I didn’t expect .. so I asked her why she’s going to wash it .. . she said its a full service shop and it’s included. I was a bit reluctant but I let her wash my hair. Gave me quite a good shampooing . Really scrubbed me good !

Now I see why women doing shaves with the straight razor in other videos seemingly take forever compared to men using the blade. This one didn't take forever and yikes to all the slices here. It feels like shaves using a straight razor should only be done by men given the male barbers will have first hand experience using one....or maybe women barbers need to start shaving their legs and other areas with one so they get a better grasp of it.
