Pretty sure Graceful was unbanned for a bit later 2004 and then came back for a couple formats before being banned for good early 2007. Edit: It actually got banned twice between 2005-2007
I am the formats biggest At One With The Sword fan, I adore horn in later formats. aowts is at perhaps 20% of the power level of horn. This is because aowts can only be activated if you control a single face up monster were as horn can be used in any field state. I still think it is very good, but not format defining like horn. It does not slot into the normal faultroll combo you see from X-saber and instead likes weird recruiter toolbox lists.
