    I had 7 bad teeth and I removed sugar from my diet,green tea mornings meat and veggies/fruit diet and plenty healthier lifestyle and my teeth regenerated themselves just with just flossing and brushing with soft brush.

      They probably eat only twice a day. Many of of who eat all day without giving our teeth and gut a rest and time to rest have issues with our gut, health, weight, teeth, etc. Maybe they have a schedule of eating like maybe eating one early meal and then one meal before a certain time. A lot of us want to do things like but we all know how hard it is to start those healthy habits and quit old bad habits. I guess if you cut out sugar, fast food, and highly pressed foods, and opt for the meat and vegetables/fruits way of eating, and brush/floss daily it would help a lot and maybe help whatever tooth problems you may have. Good luck to you.

    Oil pulling DOES get rid of cavities. I did 20 minutes of coconut oil in morning and at night till it went away. It took 3 weeks or so. Now I oil pull just once in a while. And have no cavities now I only had 1 to begin with and it was pretty hefty.

      You’re right, it isn’t good for us but, the dentists are taught that fluoride is okay so they believe it but the schools that they were taught by is controlled by the government. The sad thing is, is that fluoride is in our tap water, so I suggest taking Iodine once a day.

    • @AtlantaDentalSpa
      @AtlantaDentalSpa  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We understand how frustrating this can be. Sometimes genetics predispose you to cavities and no matter how well your care is at home, you find yourself in this situation. Dentures or implants may be a good option for you, depending on your age and case!

    • @cheerio9119
      @cheerio9119 ปีที่แล้ว

      Keep in mind that the nuisance of visiting the dentist may be better than getting dentures and then realizing that it chamges the way you enjoy food, or can eat period. Dentures are not a good alternative to teeth if you can help it for a lot of reasons.

    • @AtlantaDentalSpa
      @AtlantaDentalSpa  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cheerio9119 You are absolutely correct! Your natural smile is always the BEST option! :) However, in some cases medical treatments, genetics, outside factors, etc contribute to the rapid decay of teeth. We're happy to offer options in those circumstances!
