WOW! I looked up the before pics on Redfin and this house has been gutTED!! It's stunning and I can't believe the transformation. I love seeing a renovation on older homes. There's that surprise element new builds lack. Pre-reno sale prices v. Post-reno sale price baked my noodle a little bit in the sense of how are the flippers making a profit, but eh...that would be a question for you if I was touring and legit interested in buying. They did an incredible job and your tours are top tier as always.
Great renovation , it looks like a new home. They did an excellent job. The wood floors are beautiful. Lots of upgrades. You would never know it was built in the 70s. Enjoyed the tour.😊
OK John I love the layout but I was disappointed in the Primary bedroom bathroom that's the all time smallish seen for a price on a home and in the basement there is a bath rub I was confused other than that beautiful
