You can also just buy those center console parts for super cheap online. They’re not gonna be oem but you can find both the cup holders and the cubby/coin holder for like 25-30 together and they come in black/grey/beige to match whatever interior you got.
That's the way to do it. And the center console is like $50. They're cheap enough to just swap out. Painting is too much work considering you have to sand and prep.

You picked a hell of a brand to work on. You will love/hate BMW. I own an e46 M3 and e70 X5. My advice is to just in there and TH-cam has hella tutorials for you.
A suggestion for another improvement: change the headlight plastic lenses. You can't get OEM BMW lenses. BMW requires you to buy the entire headlight units which are expensive. However, you can find non- OEM replacement lenses which install easily and will improve your car's appearance.
Instead of scratching or sanding the soft paint you suppose to use oven spray it deteriorate it. it comes of by itself. Just wash it off with a sponge after soaking it in oven spray.

I got the same rear plate bracket i think you put it upside down and thats why you were only able to get the top bolts on(supposed to be the bottom ones) but i might be wrong
2 easy things replace those nasty headlight lenses with new ones it’s easy they just pop right out and add red/clear euro tailights on the back. Also refresh the whole suspension with brand new bushings,front control arms, tie rods,sway bar endlinks and get some affordable coilovers and you’ll see a night and day difference
What were BMW technicians thinking using that shitty rubberised paint on the console?? I ended up stripping mine and using black 2 rust oleum satin paint. I used plastic primer first, which you omitted.
When showing the freshly painted interior parts, you filmed from your perspective = moving fast, not at all for us to see clearly the results. Too bad. Otherwise, helpful presentation !

Qtip with Vaseline is good for coating things you don't want painted. After drying, the paint comes right off.

Amazon has vvivid gloss black wrap that matches bmw jet black 2 perfectly. Easy way to fix the fender. We did a whole burned hood that way.
Flip over the rear plate bracket for the proper fit. Small difference, but that's the cars we drive

It's not that bad, could use a good cleaning! It's the factory "brushed shadow aluminum" which is pretty rare 💎 I do like wood trim better though
In Europe that shadow brushed aluminium is common as house flys
