Hey Crystal, just wanted to say that you go girl, take all the rest that you need and we'll always be here waiting for your videos and supporting you! Also totally relate on doom scrolling on social media - got to lie low the past weeks as I got back playing playing Animal Crossing Pocket Camp instead so I think that's better haha. Love your scrapbook entries! I'm also into journaling/scrapbooking (even though I havent been in the past 2 months) BUT might interest you to look into "travelers journal" since they have smaller/slimmer notebooks, I find that I get to put more into it and not think about filling the entire sheet. For the past 2 years I have spent the majority of my time scrolling my phone and laying in bed . i felt like I was lazy and miserable until I found out that my life lacks a purpose.
