You'll need to replace the light, but you can do so without removing the block cap. There are two screws holding it in place, remove them and you'll be able to pull the light out.

Hello Aaron, some of my 1.5W lights are not working, can I replace just the light section with 4.5w leonlite by unscrewing the lights?

How far apart is your spacing on those fixtures from one another? Do you like the spacing of would you prefer them to be closer or further?
