There are many other spinoffs coming out while Intercity is still being developed. The Bunny Character-Focused-Chapter alongside some other stuff will be releasing later this month, and Misfits + Pig 64 along with a NEW spinoff called Piggy: Undead are being developed.
For a Roblox game a couple of years seems like a long time, but generally even games as big as Mario can take YEARS to develop. Be patient and it'll eventually release!
