Nope he just passes out, overdosing but alive. The only known way to kill him before was with the scarecrow easter egg, but that is ofcourse anything about silent assasin, unless you set things for an hour moving every non target out of the way.

I don't really play Hitman, but I wonder if this might be interesting. On contract creation when playing horse, rather than picking targets that are spread apart and/or difficult to kill, instead pick targets that are very close together with many different options to complete the contract to make it as easy and fast as possible.
