how does this tint compare to the peri pera water bare tint and ink mood glowly tint ?
It's more lightweight and an oil-like finish. Water Bare is semi-oil, semi-gel finish & Ink Mood is more gel-like (more thick). All have a good stain but Water Bare & L'eau tint have the most pigmented stain. It is the least moisturizing but not drying. Hope this helps!
also is this better than romand glasting?
In my opinion, I like the see-through glass look but Romand's Glasting has a better gloss staying power and moisturization. Hope this helps!
Is it okay to put on the cheeks?
Yes, but work fast otherwise it will leave a brush stain. Otherwise, apply on fingers first. Hope this helps!
does it settle in the inner parts of the lips?
No, unless there's excess product but just blot it and you should be fine.
Is this similar to any previous formula?
From BBIA, not that I know of. From other brands, it's similar to Rom&nd's Glasting Water Tint. Hope this helps!
