Success is 1% in inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail. - Phil Dunphy
A character
That's gold😂
Phil Dunphy - The character you just can't hate
"I'm thinking inside the box when everyone are thinking outside the box"
"While all these people are hurrying and thinking outside the box you know what the box is?? Empty."
I'm from Southern Oregon and went to the same high school years after he graduated! He was a legend!
Nash Was he? According to him he was a bench warmer on the worst team in the state..
Oh they were terrible. And he was a legend because of his comedy and acting skills, not for any athletic accomplishments so that is likely true.
I went to HV too class of 2014
What high school ? I'm an Ashland High school class of 2001 graduate.
Did he go to North Valley?
He is literally Phil Dunphy
this guy is a legend...
should be given more chances in movies
Nymul Ahmed If you haven't yet you should check out The Skeleton Twins. Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader are the main characters, but Burrell's also got a role in it and he plays it well
Nymul Ahmed he was in black hawk down
Hes like Steve urkel. Phil dumpster will follow him for the rest of his career. Hes just too good at this role
@@DDR88767 Bryan Cranston played breaking bad after Malcolm in the middle. I think Ty should go that route. Go straight to drama.
immortalized as Phil the best character on MF
always wondered, is "Ty Burrell" short for Thank you Burrell?
Probably.
DEVANSH SHARMA
Idiotic comment.
Don't know why I laughed, though.
Yes, yes it is
Nope it’s for tyler
my favourite person in the whole world
Olivia 1D ur mom would be happy reading this
Phil Dunphy - America's New Favorite Dad
He ages like fine wine.
This story is better than a Modern Family sketch...
Even though Modern Family writers are so good... Ty can still have a funnir story. What a guy
My church pastor was on the team lmao
That explains the Basketball episode..... 😀😂
He got so much hotter these last years O my god compared to season 1
hahaha HE'S TALKING ABOUT MY SCHOOL 😂😂😂
me too :D
you call cheerleading a sport, phil?!
@Smiley L lol, I was a male cheerleader at Penn State....interestingly enough Ty Burrell graduated from Penn State 5 years earlier.
Co-ed Cheerleading is tough for both the guys and girls, this coming from someone who played HS Football, Hockey, and Baseball.
I lean on the fence still if it's a sport or not. Probably more hanging over the side of it's a sport since we competed. I don't like judge sports, but a lot of them are, so why isn't Cheerleading? So yeah, probably a sport...definitely collegiate cheerleading where you practice 5 days/2:30 hours each day/week, pep rallies, plane travel, football games on Saturday, 1 day off/repeat. It definitely kept me in shape.
@Smiley L I was fit, strong, when 4 PSU female cheerleaders came to ask me to try out in the gym. At first, I was like "Cheerleading?" I decided to try out as it doesn't hurt to try anything plus we got some great perks as we were recognized Student-Athletes which gave us access to things a regular student wouldn't.
The men mainly did stunting (and gymnastics for those guys who knew it) and I had to learn the back tuck. Both were tough. I would see the older, experienced male cheerleaders do these stunts I never thought possible like the Cupie (actually easy compared to the dynamic stunts male/female cheer does), which is what we called when the guy throws the female cheerleader in the air, catches her foot, then holds her up arm extended in the air like the Statue of Liberty (which was a different stunt). Eventually I was able to do that and some other stunts, thanks to my partner who did her tough work in the air.
I will say, if we (the men) had to actually do the hand motion cheers/claps and stuff some guys on co-ed teams do, I would never have done Cheerleading. All the most men had to do was stunts (except gymnast guys), back tuck, and occassionally start a cheer through the megaphone.
I wouldn't get worked up with these people claiming it's not a sport as what you said is right. People are stuck to their views, luckily I changed once I started doing it.
@Smiley L We all need to try new things, learn, and see the other's POV. Those who claim it not a sport are misinformed and/or uneducated about the sport.
Also, spending almost everyday at Camp Woodward in PA in the summer (drive from Penn State) with my partner and other cheerleaders was a BLAST! We had unlimited access (owner is a big PSU fan), but of course spent most of our time in the cheer and gymnastics section. Had so much fun memories from cheering that I wouldn't have had if I didn't go to that tryout. Heck, 4 of us even got the celebrity experience life in Hollywood shooting an ESPN commercial. Lots of fun stories and camaraderie, just like my HS sports. I teally do hold cheerleaders and Cheerleading in high regard. Those girls and guys were the most fit I've seen. Muscle, abs, flexibility, courage to be tossed high in the sky and rely on your partner to catch you if there's a mishap. Some tough injuries those girl's took. I only got tennis elbow from stunting a ton, but the girls got injuries much worse. Tough girls and a tough sport.
he looks really hot with his beard on

LOVE Phiilllll 🥰
great story 😂😂
SO MANY great Phil Dunphy moments on Modern Family....I don't even want to name any because I'd be leaving too many good ones out. I've often wondered if the show used real-life Ty in the way that they did Eric Stonestreet with Cam (since Eric was a clown and played football in real life). Was Ty ever a cheerleader? Or gymnast? Or real estate agent?
Realtor, please.
I live ty Burrell's socks!😮🔥
1:55 subtitles! 🤨👀
😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
He’s awesome
i only think of him as his character in dawn of the dead. its weird to see him play the father on modern family.
That tickles
😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 At first, they could not even at losing
Atleast Ty ended up being famous actor. I wonder what happened to other kids in that team.
Ty Burrell deserves to come back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
If life gives you lemonade, you should make lemon, life would be like waaaaaa......
LET'S

BULLDOGS!!!
This mans head is slightly larger than expected.
Sounds like someone lets a fart rip at the 0:20 mark :D
This guy looks like Phil Dunphy from Modern family.
His first name is "Agent".
How many losses?
40 - I was there when we finally won to break the streak! Then we won 3 more to finish the season, including 2 teams that were going to the state playoffs!
That's Phil Dunphy? He looks like a salesman for Allstate or something
His first name is "Agent".
I feel like I am watching phyl
