After shorting it with the thexton tool at the plug wire, the spark duration line still read a slightly elevated, partially due to the resistance of the spark plug wire itself. Thanks for the learn! We have a verus and i just bought the inductive clamp. I haven't used one since the Sun roll carts in the 90s.

I was expecting the waveform for the compression stroke and the waveform for the exhaust stroke to appear on the same trace but at different times because you are using one channel. But instead, I am seeing 2 traces on your screen. How did that happen?
