This shows how banks have lost track of properties they own that have defaulted years ago ,if this property was near me I would take adverse possession of the home and file the $15 paperwork at City Hall which would give me legal cause to have power & water turned on ,I'd pay all back taxes and repair the home ,once repaired I'd rent the property to a working family ,we currently have 3 adversely possessed property's we've been renting with the eldest coming up on 20 years next march ,at one time we had adverse possession of 11 properties and the banks had to pay us back every last dollar we spent on taxes and lawn Care .

Hi at the bathroom..on that porcelain plate that was german Bad=Bathroom.. An in the cellar the room with the stove and the heater doesnt look that long abonded ... The heater and the handkerchiefs and the carpet looks very new. At all for me it looks like a rare used holiday home. Please be careful out there-even in norway. Greetings from Germany.

The foundation looks to be much older than the house. I know of a few cases where people ripped down older homes but used the old foundation. I wonder if that was the case here?

people have reasons maybe they got located elsewhere had to move or something wrong with the house itself meaning maintanence or it was built in wet marshy land where it could mold from underneath
