I run SnS/GA, I find it the most optimal dex hunt build, 5 gap closers (ls, rush, charge, reap, bloodlust) + the burst once you catch them. Can retreat and heal if they are good and go at them again.
Hi, after the winter patch they changed the hatchet, now the social distance skill does not give control on the target. Does it make sense now to replace it with another skill?
You don't really have to make a build to chase muskets since most of the have 50 con or less and wear light armor and take like 2-3 hits to kill. It's more a matter of deciding it's worth it to actually stop what you are doing and climbing up into their hiding spot to kill them.

I think its an issue with server prioritization somehow. My feral rushes are like yours, they never go far and most people easily outrange it. However, I have been on the flip side of long feral rushes that seem to track me over 5+ meters. I also find that my sword lights don't track very well, but I have been tracked to death 100s of times through my dodges/zoning abilities by others using swords. Many people complain that the sword tracking is OP, but I have never personally been able to make it track this way (it can be insane when my opponents are using it). My thought is that in these instances the server seems to be choosing some sort of tracking prioritization for my opponents, maybe because I have a decent ping (~60 ms). So it makes a decision that I am outside the range for tracking when I am pressing my buttons because the information is being communicated faster on my side, and then gives my opponents the benefit of the doubt for their positions and helps track them over long distances, maybe because they have a higher ping than me (not confirmed). This would make sense why some people I fight it feels VERY good to fight, everything is responsive and acting as I expect it to, and some people that are able to completely flatten me with insane tracking and hitting me through my dodges. I also noticed that it always seems to be the same people that I have these troubles with, and ping doesn't really change unless you modify specific aspects of your internet, so it would kind of make sense from that perspective as well.

Man, after this video I realized that my server was not a bad one... first time seeing such a pricks in a group standing on the same rock, musket squads of 3-4 people running everywhere together. This look so toxic.
When I shield rush I get a yelling effect that disables my ability to shield rush into a shield bash. Is that due to my round shield having fortifying shield rush?

Don’t ever use the term “top tier” with musket. The hitbox is nothing like in counter strike. I myself sometimes swap to musket and man does this thing need a fix. Why the fuck does a gun exist in a sword fight.

As a musket main who usually plays around balls and fights seeing these cringe rock campers die was very satisfying. These type of muskets players are rats even to the better musket players. You can literally see the panic is these bozos eyes as their stamina goes to 0. They have no clue how to play up close. This musket patch is gonna be fun to watch and play against.

It's actually a leaping strike from the sword I think.
