Thank you Sonia. I am new to you, and love you so very much. For years I did not listen to my intuition when it came to nutrition. I was living the (what i coined as) condition nutrition. i was conditioned to believe That meat was good for us , that dairy is ours to eat, and the animals are "happy cows". To all your viewers that ask about meat, I was once you. If you struggle with anxiety AT ALL, you are supposed to be reading this, I wish someone told me this.... There isn't one animal that we have ever eaten that didn't lose her/his life that wasn't in fear. THAT fear hormone , WE INGEST IT. :( I went vegan 4 years ago, and my anxiety level dropped 100% in a month or so. I am vegan for LOVE, Love for the animals and LOVE for myself. I never want to be a preaching vegan, (I mean it took me over 40 years to learn from my intuition, and not my conditioning). With that being said, I wish i had learned ALL there is to know (facts about how horrible these beautiful animals are treated) So I could have eaten in alignment with my soul for those 40 years. This weight and intuition connection video via the Sonia Choquette channel is something I eventually logically and intuitively realized by the summer of this year and I am glad to have found this helpful Sonia Choquette video to confirm what I unexpectedly picked up. When she references how making choices on certain food choices helps a person be more calm and more perceptive helps remind me certain intuitive perceptions come easier to me after the consumption of certain foods.
I feel that this is true. Just few weeks ago I realised tgat I eat sometimes just because it is a habit, not because I am hungry. I used to drink lots of coffee, too. It also was a habit. Then I started to listen: „Do I really want coffee now?“ and I realised that I do not want it. It was a habit, when I took a break in my job, to drink coffee! Now I try to esstablish a habit to take 10 minutes walk instead of drinking coffee.
Eating a lot of sugar was my only method/tool to shut out the intuitive noise, to slow down my perception of the world around me. It was the only way. Back then I didnt know how intuitive and perceptive I was. And by learning how to handle my gifts of mediumship and clair sensing/seeing/knowing/hearing I am letting go of this tool to stop being overwhelmed.
And it is true also that how you FEEL is more important than how you look like (fat or slim). I gained 10kg weight when I started my job. My jib is stressful AND we go to eat to restaurant during the lunch. I felt awful! I decided to take back my better nutrition and get rid of my extra kilos. I felt that it was not me in that body at all. But, I could not mention about my state to my colleagues, because I looked „normal“, not fat. But, I FELT awful!! It is a wuestion about the feeling, not about the outlook! And I simply made a decision for myself that I want to FEEL good and I feel good when I am very slim. That‘s it. And I share it only here, not to my friends because they seemingly feel ok being a bit overweight - and they call it „normal“.

Intuition is th number one most important thing when it comes to your diet because tour body knows what it needs. However, sometimes your body needs sugar, these conversations can cause some people to feel guilty about drinking or eating sugar. If that’s you, please don’t feel guilty, sugar is just as natural as the orher things. As always, it all about balance, just don’t overeat it. Thank you for your advice on breahing before and while eating, it really helped me. I find that for a bulimic like me, breathing after also helps my binge eating tendencies I’ll be watching more of your videos, you provide great reminders of the thins we tend to all forget :)
I appreciate this discussion, thank you!! As I started listening I reached for a glass of water. I like the glass an hour idea. I have had it come into my view multiple times from multiple ways that when I am craving sugar, my body actually needs protein. Intuition and nutrition resonates for me I use my intuition when shopping and know to only bring home food that feels good. Slow down and breathe is also really good advice!!. I'm 69 , been carnivour for 2 years. My doctor is amazed at my bloodwork . It's better than it has been since I have been going to dr. Years. My husband is my age and was on blood pressure med for 30 years , but since carnivour he takes no meds at all, as neither do I.
