Thank you so much Randy. It's been a rough season brother but we are getting through. I hope to get more content before too long. God bless you and yours my friend.
I’ve been an animal control officer for 25 years. I’ve trapped everything from flying squirrels to black bears. I’m gonna have to check this company out because you’re spot on about Hava heart traps getting tore up by big raccoons
I have plans to check out the Duke 1112, the door design is the same. Rods with rings. Haven’t got to look at the rest of it in person to compare but this is a nice one you have
I really like the door opening should a person choose to release. Premium quality. Also the black hat bush knife is of perfection. I have 2 with sheaths. :)
Nice looking trap. I really like the simplicity of the mechanics of it, less to malfunction. Just an idea but, you could bend some steel rods with a hook on the end to keep the cage from rolling. I used some rods for small fencing I bought at a farm store to keep a stove wind screen upright. Happy trapping and good luck this season.
It holds well with no issues. I have tinkered with it a good bit and it can be set to a hair trigger with just a little manipulation. I have caught a few animals in it but I haven't put it out for a big ringtail yet. I can't wait to see how it works for that. Thanks for tuning in!
Hey Steven, in my area, snares are only allowed in very limited circumstances. It wouldn't be possible to trap coons legally that way. I do have them on hand for a rainy day however. Thanks for tuning in!
@@DC-nt3zk thought you got a cooked pray to God to die quickly stairs they're dead no matter what that's why I share animals to survive on when you got to survive on certain stuff you got to have meat for protein
Matt, would love to know the last coordinates from the PAUL mapping contest that was held at the Pathfinder gathering this year. I’ve got an answer and would love to know what the final answer was. I believe I came up with 280 degrees for 100M back to camp. Thanks for your uploads!!
Yes sir, they can be be processed for the food and the fur is exceptional. Also, they have glands that make great lure for other predators and also a ton of fat which can be used as tallow. Most of the animals I catch get let loose but with the cages, that is an easy decision to makes after examining the catch. Thank you for your time and interest!

Does it easily cause it to trip?

Exactly what benefits do u receive for trapping Racoons, just curious, are the pelts worth cash,or do u eat coon.
