The prosecution of Reiner Fuellmich: update court hearing 31

- During a semi-road trip, visiting two key places in the hills of Göttingen, independent journalists Kerstin Heusinger and Djamila le Pair discuss the events of the 31st day in court.
It being a Friday meant that it was another half a day hearing. Remarkably, before the judges even opened the session, it already got suspended for half an hour (which became 50 minutes).
The defence lawyers submitted two requests to hear (two) witnesses, of which one was rejected. The other, key witness Marcel Templin, was not able to attend.
Reiner himself concluded the morning by asking the court if they were aware of some of the files in his dossier, as he is unearthing more evidence of his prosecution being indeed politically motivated, rather than being a pursuit on criminal grounds.

He sold the house, then rented another location for his law-firm, so he never intended to leave Germany for good. It was closed, because of his arrest, thank you so much for pointing this out.

I think the court is overwhelmed, as if they are waiting for something, they just can't make a decision. Why is that? And what will happen if they convict him? So many people have already woken up and if they convict they run the risk of riots. They are in a dilemma. Too many people are already wide awake and know what legal situation Germany is in.👇

@@sissi8610 I don't think that the background noise is too bad for people with "normal" hearing ability. There are adults and children shouting, traffic noise, birds .... I was so concentrated on listening that I completely blanked it out.
