The present market situation is very very tricky. It's like a gamble. Everyone knows it's an investor's market, not end-user's market. Both things can happen - prices can further skyrocket in 2-3 years, or you may not be able to find buyers even at the current rate. Take a decision at your own risk. No one can assure you what's the correct decision.
The price will not fall, but may stay stagnant especially for good builders. If you are buying for yourself, negotiate and buy.

There is some developers selling farmhorses just adjacent the pushta road on the other side of sector 150, are those lands safe to buy? I've heard that behind the pushta land comes under flod zone so they cant be sold and purchase but developers are offering registry and mutation etc. In this case those lands appears to be approved, is this true?
