I rate it “PERFECT!” I have not made all your recipes, but I especially like: Madras Masala Chicken Curry Chettinad Chicken Curry Andhra Chicken Curry Are there any other recipes with a structure of 90 minute marinade and then cooking? This is so simple. I marinaded for 24 hours and cooked next day. It made it so simple.
