Mutton green masala gravy is prepared in this video without adding coconut. Here the spicy level can adjusted accordingly. No red chillies used here and lots of coarinder leaves used for the green color and flavour. If the mutton is marinated with curd or yogurt makes it soft and takes less time to cook.

I am not a lover of mutton, I prefer beef, cos I feel mutton doesn't have taste per say as meat. I made this the other day, fell in love with how the curry tasted. My mum and husband enjoyed it, thank you!
