রসুন- ১০/১২ কোয়া
কাঁচা লঙ্কা - ৬টি
কারি পাতা- ১০/১২ টি
ভিনিগার- ২ চামচ
আদা - ১০ গ্রাম
লবণ - ২ চামচ
সর্ষে তেল - ২০ গ্রাম
হলুদ - ১চামচ
জিরে- ধনে গুড়ো- ১ চামচ করে
কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কা গুড়ো - ১ চামচ
গোটা কালো সর্ষে - ১চামচ
তেজপাতা - ৩/৪ টি
শুকনো লঙ্কা - ৩/৪ টি
