If mix fertilizers included mustard cake use shiny weather to apply this, avoid rainy season and mud soil, after adding this to above pot soil mix it, use gardening tools, if weather is very wet use less portion of mustard cake

1. Lack of fertilizer
2. Poor drainage
3.fungus attack
If 1 & 2 ok, then spray fungicide , make sure about drainage and fertilizer
