- While we were on vacation in Atlantic City, we stumbled upon this arcade that has VR. TBH, it was a unique and exciting way to experience next gen arcades. Most usually involve racing, shooter, beat ‘em up or rail shooter.
I love how you fight the dinosaurs and spiders by bitch slapping them.
As a blind person, I would like to experience this game. I like the way the main announcer tells you how to select a chapter and reminds you not to reach outside the grid, but he should warn you about what to interact with during certain parts of a chapter. For example, be prepared to interact with spiders. The main announcer should also create a recording that explains safety for the players, and also covers gestures needed for them to interact.
7:21 looks like Kermit wanted to French kiss you guys. oh and the large Dino Kong is fighting is the two headed Gaw!

So you're saying this arcade game is Raw Thrills' adaptation of the 2005 novel "Kong: King of Skull Island"? Because iirc, that's where the creature originated from.

@@jurassicverse64 Don't worry about it; there's actually more things I need to learn about the novel myself. And I've seen the 2005 Peter Jackson remake of King Kong.

Indeed, also Some more cool info on this Disney+ King Kong series. DeVito Artworks and Cooper Estate are partnering and co producing with Disney + And also a dream team of creatives to bring there epic Kong universe to life. Apart from the original novelization from 1933, its largely based on Joe DeVitos king kong novelizations and books, and using that source material heavily. Which is really awesome and exciting because theirs so much lore and mythology in Joe devitos kong books they can easily make really awesome prequels if they wanted to because in joe devitos books it answers question like why is there a wall on skull island ? and who built it, and how did the kongs get on an island filled with dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures?
Also its going to be more grounded with a kong around 30 foot, But also most importantly were going to get dinosaurs for sure, since theirs a lot of unique skull island dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures, and giant bugs portrayed in the book. The most exciting thing about joe devitos books is that there are a highly intelligent forward evolved species of raptor dinosaurs called deathrunners, with an apposable thumb,large cranium, basically on the path to becoming a dinosauriod, which can use tools and daggers as weapons. And another dinosaur monster, Gaw the enormous and colossal deathrunner which has grown to a grotesquely large size and far bigger than a T rex and was kongs main arch nemesis, Gaw, This red demon looking dinosaur killed kongs parents and was the queen god of the island before Kong managed to kill Gaw and become the king and new god worshiped by the villagers.
Gaw is essentially like a queen ant is some capacity in a way ensuring a better survival rate and continuation of the species, lore wise it is said a Gaw emerges when the species is in a vulnerable state usually. Gaw is a terrifying and badass antagonist of kong which it and the deathrunners are very likely to make there debut in this new series and other dinosaurs, and creatures. This giant spiked red forward evolved saurian would easily dispatch an indominous rex no problem, Also james wan is known for working on alot of horror films, this is a plus because this could be the most violent and scariest king kong yet. Also Predator vs King Kong would be Epic! Disney owns the rights to predator currently, and are now are partnering with Devito artwokrs and cooper estate too make a new king kong series, I find it more likely than not that a predator vs kong film could happen in the future, not only because of this, but also joe devito did some crossovers with characters unrelated to kong, encountering king kong. Such as doc savage, Tarzan, and the planet of the apes as well.
Some of the dinosaur have the exact same sound effects from Jurassic park arcade ironic since both arcades are by raw thrills

That Big 2 legged Dinosaur from the Arcade Game of Kong, it looks like that T.Rex like looking Gaw. Except with 2 heads instead of 1 head. Especially 2 tails instead of 1 tail.
Saw this at an arcade and was tempted to ride it. Glad I didn’t. Those spiders would’ve been the death of me
