5:30 using the dagger or guard breaking would be faster. (Also you took her pretty far. The ledge to her left is far enough) 7:17 you dont need to use an alluring skull there. 8:40 another useless skull 10:50 & another(simply running would be fine. Keep to the right after passing them & then open door with roll) 18:10 is there a point in killing all those things? You can run past them & while the small guy blocking the stair dies, simply roll & the red 1 will die and youll be unharmed. You can also use a rapier for narrow & faster attacks. 26:00 you can jump to where the bonfire is. And itll be faster without having to kill that jumpy guy or worry about the hollows with darp weapons 31:44 why shoot the tree?(i know what it does, but... why?) 33:20 [with about 138 days of playtime... i didnt know this. Thanks for showing] 37:05 why not use yearn? It floats if you throw it in the air btw. 41:15 theres 2 jumps you can do that would be slightly faster. 47:30 i think the twinblades are a better option for this fight. 51:30 weird way of fightin, but it was prettye effective 54:26 you could just drop down and run straight to the boss door. You wont get hit if you just hug the right wall. Ive never been hit while doing it. 57:40 i think the red iron twinblade would be faster(i use those things for almost everything) 59:39 if its fencer sharron its safe to run past. If its armorer dennis kill it. Also for the rest of that area before smelter demon you can just run through it. Just jump down the to the lever -jump down to to the ladder & run across the bridge and enter the fog. Its pretty rare for an arrow to hit you. 1:03:50 you definitely clear iron keep faster than me. Atleast after smelter demon. 1:06:00 you should get more comfortable with back stepping. 1:37:00 killing the ghosts was useless. 1:48:00 I'd just run in and prop the gate opening. Just loop em around and youll be able to run into the memory fine. 1:49:00 you should've invested in resonant weapon & a dark infused red iron twin blade. You'd only use 2000 souls per cast anyway and you literally stopped at the guy that sells it to you. 1:56:00 i just quit out of the game after the throne watchers die & then resummon ben. (And once again... I use the twin blades....)
I’d say less than that considering he most of the times (this once too) manages to go up 3 lvls. So I’d say 10ish more runs? I get ur point tho, max lvl is this close!!🤏🏻
Bro not even looking while shooting that balista. Would it not be faster to just keep killing that giant lord boss in the memory with a bonfire ascetic? Than doing ng+78? I thought the souls stopped increasing after like ng+7 or so?
no other game in the franchise rewards the player by learning. You might come around to ds2 sooner or later. Its definitely better than ds3 in my opinion. I truly dont like ds3.
I have to think about that, experiment, and write a different guide. The current guide: quacksouls.github.io/ds2-max-sl/ uses spells because spells help me get through most areas/bosses.

Shrine of Amana still looks like not so easy experience, great run

Thank you very much for the info \[T]/
Gotta admire the dedication. I legit thought i was the only weirdo playing this game religiously. @@quacksouls
Nice
What an absolute chad
Max level is so freaking close we can almost taste it
You definitely gotta hit NG+100 after that tho
Keep it going
It’s almost here
15 runs to go 😈

bro wouldn't it be better to use hexes at that level
Excellent idea! Thank you for sharing \[T]/
@@quacksouls try using the sanctum crossbow, it is really powerful and one of my favorite weapons ✌️

I've tried farming the Giant Lord. Here's a video:
th-cam.com/video/Cnk4a19aJ08/w-d-xo.html
It's not as interesting as speedrunning.
@quacksouls True. That's fair enough. Would get insanely boring fighting that boss like 4000 times. Carry on, sir
How much do u need to level up once now ?
At least 1.1 million souls for each level.
Crazy, people are able to play this hundreds of times, while I can't enjoy this game.
What do you dislike bout it?
@@mrocto329 The gutter, black gulch, "ghost hit", insane crowded enemy, never ending chase by enemy, too many BS trap.
