The amount of time played actually works properly until the casual match ends, at which point almost all of the time spent playing is lost. To be more precise, at the end of the match your time is briefly reset to whatever it was at before and then a small bit of time (usually around 30sec-2min, which seems proportionate to the amount of time actually spent playing) gets added to your playtime. I have already sent a quick summary of the problem to Valve through the bug report feature which I hope actually works, but I did not include any screenshots or any actual proof, so it might be a good idea for someone to send in a more detailed report. EDIT 2: I am still in the process of getting my friends to see if this happens to them as well and after playing several pubs one of them is saying that everything is still perfectly fine for him, so this could only be affecting some players.

I have a total of 200 hours on scout, I have mained him for around 2 years, I have 1000 hours on tf2 as a whole, the rest are 80 or lower. I rarley go afk last time I went afk a lot was back when I had 200 hours.

i have the same problem right now. did you ever fix it? i realized after i had finished mvm and saw that my pyro time didnt go up.
