I've been wearing linen shirts with cuban collars and that has been my go to for casual and almost every day wear. I like your blue shirt btw. Its a great look and I might try something like that for the summer.
I have a collection of linen pants with five buttons so they look like jeans. I get a lot of compliments on them. I live out in the desert so they are key for me.

It's nice to look presentable but I do sometime think a lot of casual clothes they come up with are unessasary. Who you are is ultimatley more important thn how you look. You may well atract attention in decent thrift store clothes but are you s sucessfull as you look ? I have Brioni sports coats i bought for seventy pounds each on ebay but i don't gereally attend places where I could wear them. Well that's just me good luck all.
Nice score with the Brioni sports coats. I'll sometimes wear a sports coat instead of a casual light jacket (e.g. a bomber or Harrington jacket) when I want to look a little dressier. That allows me to get a lot more use out of my sports coats.
