Strange they didn't release the game with normal speed. Wonder if instead of postponing the release, they just favored finishing the game while we play
I love it how they nerfed the hell out of finn but left shaggy the same, if not better. shaggy mains press 2 buttons over and over again and win😂 they took away his gem (his only projectile and a HUGE asset) and left him with a sword, a backpack, and like 2 moves that kill before 140. one year and not a single thing about the decisions has changed

"the robot" BMO can be used multiple times but is nerfed. armor no longer happens on attacks rather it gives you some wierd armor that barely works, fully charged down spike no longer does area damage, idk what you're on abt lol
You are a monster with Finn brodie! I followed the same combos with him as well even through the beta but idk you make it look smooth asf lol keep up the work
It takes stamina, but you can instant air dash after his two jab started and then immediately dair or fair to follow up (and it’s true). Definitely miss the gems, but I think labbing instant air dashes are going to be wild

Finn has dodge to attack combos so if you up attack dont jump after then attack dodge up after then attack he can string so many moves now aslong as you dodge in the attack dirrection

Backpack is stronger then it was on shutdown BUT not better then launch. I struggle to play on the higher barrier maps cuz I just can’t get the knockback to get high enough. And I can’t kill early at all anymore everyone I kill is 100+ all time

I just came form a 5 - 0 losing streak form a shaggy thats was just spamming all the spacials. I tried using the high five To reflect the sandwichs but the input lag plus how slow the move comes out it never worked and his side special always beat or came out faster than mine when i tried to get in close. Even then it those games will still close never a wash out. I know i suck at fighting games so my opinion porbably doesnt matter I just need to get good and all. Any tips for someone trying to improve in 1v1.
Just learn how to slow everything down and build yourself up. Dont focus too much on combos or anything else just break it down to basics and keep practicing

Finn and Jason are the bane of my existence, I can’t beat either with LeBron. With Finn and Jason you can just button mash and destroy LeBron. Sure a better lebron could win but I’m just an average player.
theres also the possibility, just think about this real quick, that the finns/jasons you matched up against are good at the game? everyone calls button mashing when in reality people are comboing the hell out of you

hey if you haven't already, you should try out the air walk perk. combos are insane because it basically resets your jump/attacks in the air.

Nah, I use the Hori smash ultimate one. You probably just need the adapter for your GCC on pc.
