On low flame----GHEE 1 cup, Maida 1 cup. Keep on stirring the mixture all along. Remove the mixture when it is well-cookef----- turns into one lump----not sticking to the pot. After that ,to make Chashni---- one cup Sugar , one cup water----- cook on low flame---- till this mixture stickiness is ONE STAGE----Sticki-ness is one , one layer, between thumb and finger. Then combine the mixture and the CHASHNI. Keep on stirring,till this mixture gets to be ONE LUMP--- NOT STICKING TO THE POT. THEN transfer to greased pot ----- may take ONE HOUR if left outside refrigerator But inside refrigerator, will take only half an hour. Now Burfee is ready to b cut into pieces. DONE
