Hi Canna, Thanks for your advice, I’m doing Yoga with Adriene ‘Dedicate’ 30 days in January. It’s really good for keeping me focussed and you take time for myself. I’ve writted my goals down but will try the drawings later. Sarah
What a great idea to start the year! Maybe doing them quarterly as well will help keep you refreshed? I wish I had the patience for yoga! I would love this! xCC
These are great tips!! Breaking things down into simple steps is key for me - I get overwhelmed pretty easily, so focusing on the smallest thing really helps. And then, just like that, I've gotten on my way toward the big goal! Thanks!
I plan to start breaking down my bigger goals into manageable steps (and writing those down) this year. I think that's a tip that will help me a lot. I also love the drawing hack and might give this one a go soon too. All the ideas in the video are great.
I like that you pointed out the habit versus goals. I never thought of that. All my resolutions are habits so now I will set a goal based on those habits.
It only recently occurred to my when I was rewriting my goals for this year. And in realising it I was able to simplify my goals. It was quiet liberating really! xCC.
So nice to see you again!! I got the Lavendaire book, and started on goals and habits. This year, my theme is Presence, so meditation, mindfulness and gratitude are high on the list. My other top goal, to be credit card debt free by the end of the year!
Thank you for another amazing video Canna, I have been following since your Frugal February videos last year which really motivated me to start saving and will be buying my dream car this year xx
Thank you for sharing! I recently subscribed to you and have enjoyed implementing some of your tips. I am very excited about 2019 and have been making weekly and daily goals. Daily goals allow me to fine tune my progress. I haven't thought of rewarding myself - but i plan on doing it now. :-) Just got your book too!
Oh enjoy reading it! Don’t forget to send your copy of the receipt to yousugarmamma@gmail.com so that you can view the special private video that comes this book xCC
My hacks involve using a cool website called Popplet. It’s like a bubble diagram and I use this for planning my goals. I find when I spend time firstly working on my popplet , then revisit it and rework it... I actually achieve them. I guess it’s about visualisation and manifestation.
How come you bought the reward before knowing you achieved the goal? What if you find yourself at the end of the year and you don't achieve the goal? Do you sell the reward? Or us this the reward for last year's objectives! Anyway, great video, thanks for sharing your tips
By having the reward ready, it makes me super determined to achieve the goal and do it faster. If I fall short of the goal, I have to be honest with myself and delay having it until next time or when I have fully completed that goal. xCC
Definitely love the cheeky rewards hacks!!! I’m thinking one myself 😍
Desire is the starting point of all achievement.

Thanks Lisa!! Yes, you must write your goals down! So important xCC

So many goals this year! But my biggest one is to save $10,000
And a great one to have! Keep is all posted! xCC
Wonderful Canna! Such a useful video! I still need to set my New Years goals. I crushed two goals last year must get my butt in gear for 2019
It is amazing how your energy changes when you discover new goals. Always an exciting time! xCC
Got the notification for this and had to watch it! Even though it’s 9:45pm in LA and past my bedtime! 💖
Oh so cute! Thank you! Hope it was worth staying up late! xCC
My motto 's are Nike's "just do it" and "life is short...enjoy it and don't stress" ..a bit cliche but they work for me...x
I think Michelle Bridges says “just f**king do it”...which sounds pretty effective! xCC
As you when writing my goals, I write my rewards at the same time 👧
Oh that is a cool idea! Often I write how I will enjoy the fruits of my goal! I think your idea is a great one! Thank you for sharing! xCC
Thank you for sharing your tips Canna! You sharing your knowledge and genuine advice really makes me appreciate you 👏🏼😇✨
Oh thank you Joanne! That is so kind of you! Happy New Year! xCC
Great tips. Most I've never heard!

Oh I love your theme of presence. Beautiful! And yes, definitely time to be debt free! xCC
Habits vs goals ? I like this.
Thank you! Feel free to share this video with any of your friends who you think might find it helpful! xCC
So easy to confuse habits with goals!
Great video lovely 💙
Thank you! xCC
But I am fully aware that changing habits and reinforcing discipline paves the way for us to achieve goals at a faster and more productive rate. ..x
Thank you for another amazing video Canna, I have been following since your Frugal February videos last year which really motivated me to start saving and will be buying my dream car this year xx
Oh nice goal! What colour car? And Frugal February is starting soon! xCC

Just wondering if you could do a video on how you keep organised and on top of things :)
Sure! Happy to do this! xCC
@@SugarMamma Yay! xx I'm terrible at being organised and it's costing me big time.
In the meantime these videos that I made may help? th-cam.com/video/Z1v_4PxXfdo/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/C7sZMppRsIQ/w-d-xo.html xCC
Thanks for the good tips Canna
Thank you Suresh! xCC
Love your energy! I’m really great at achieving goals except the financial ones. I don’t understand it.
Maybe focus on the emotional benefits of the financial goals? Like freedom, more security, less anxiety, more choice and luxury? xCC

Happiest New Year!! May 2019 be your best year yet!! xoxo
And yours too Elizabetha xCC
I love setting goals, but I always struggle to find motivation
Maybe you need to look at changing your goals? You goals should trigger excitement that turns to motivation xCC
