This is not tracking mobile number, it is getting basic information from mobile number. The value of Latitude and Longitude is the location of your country not the actual location of any mobile number. To get the actual location of any mobile number, you need to access their GPS location. This is only useful if you want to know the service provider of any mobile number

This code shows me the phone number country and carrier. when putting in the country code in the program it is easy to find the country. I am using a different carrier to the one that it tells me.
