Just for clarification, since your first line is 'import phonenumbers', aren't the the other 'from phonenumbers import ...' un-necessary?
In the case of the phonenumbers library in Python, the carrier functionality is not directly accessible as a submodule of phonenumbers. Instead, you need to use the carrier module explicitly.

There is a thing that i'd like to metion, the service displayed when the code is runned only works for the first company that was associated with the phoene number, imagine that you sign your phone to a certain company and later you change it but keep the phone number, when you run it it will display the first and only the first comapny signed to.

Hi Vaibhav, I too got same error but found the cause. Instead of giving (phonenumbers.parse)stored variable name, I gave variable name of my phone number.

If I already know the country code why should I do all these to find out the location, which shows only the country name, not a specific location ?
This code shows me the phone number country and carrier. when putting in the country code in the program it is easy to find the country. I am using a different carrier to the one that it tells me. This can only be as its taking the info from the actual prefix of the number which originally belonged to the codes result

For me the code prints the service provider but not the country. I also tried different numbers and they didn't show any information. Would it be that phonenumbers is unable to acces the geolocation and the carrier of that phone number?

First you have to install phonenumbers module in your computer using cmd.
Open your cmd , then type pip install phonenumbers.
