Nice moves! I find Omega Tempest a great way to get behind him when he blocks and as long as you have Sky Attack and Rising Falcon it’s RELATIVELY safe. (A badly timed Double Demon Fang can result in a hit.)
I would still kill the Devils arm boss via 10x exp and use 10,000+ damage Rising falcon until bosses die from it STARTING with Zelos/Gate Keeper of the rest of the game.
