    Thank you so much for the alternative directions for those of us with osteopenia/-porosis! In addition to back issues, I find holding my weight on my wrists uncomfortable so I put my weight on my forearms. Is this the best practice for me?

    I can't wait to try these, although my ottoman is a large 24" x 30" rectangular type with a flat padded top. Are there any adjustments I would need to make using this larger size?

      Shouldn't be a big problem. Just adjust accordingly so you're supported where you should be.

      Glad you liked it! Anything similar like a footstool that big enough. You can get a foam Pilates Arc and that would work as well.

    Can't wait to try it. Was oh so close to disposing of my similar ottoman as it was getting no use whatsoever.
