Thank you for reviewing Ecofan on your TH-cam channel! We think you have done an excellent job of sharing the key benefits of the Ecofan with your audience. We are creating a highlight reel of community reviews on the Ecofan products and if it’s cool with you, we’ll include a small portion with credit at the end. Let us know if that’s ok on your end and we’ll send it your way when it’s finished. Would of course be happy if you shared as well 😉

Thanks for the great info. I recently installed the Cubic Mini Grizzly in my tiny cabin and am looking for information on fans. And you presented exactly what I am looking for. Thanks

Could you rig up pipes/tubes to direct the fan back into the draft of the fire? Turbo fire place per say.

I suppose you could. Honestly that little stove RAGES away when its packed with wood.

Do you know the CFM. and do you know anything about Stirling engine fans, i was thinking about one of those. Good job on show, very informative.

They have several models. This one is 175cfm and begins working at 85 degrees Celsius or 185F which is important. I know some competitors need a hotter surface to generate energy. Don't know anything about the stirling engine fans, sorry.

ridiculously cute wood stove! Camping size...super fragile micro fan? meh BTW I have a full size woodstove but I am thinking it might be too cool to install a tiny mini stove next to the big one and plumbing it's little chiminey into the big chimney? Then when it is only uncomfortable cool I could burn a little fire rather than messing with full size unit....would really be sweet if something like came from a factory ...multiple fireboxes in one unit

Sounds expensive. Can't just build a smaller fire in the bigger box?

How often do you have to feed the stove? That small, does it even burn through the night?

No it doesn't. Good hardwood will last a couple hours in the firebox. Anything colder than -15 degrees Celsius and we're up a few times through the night for sure. We have a propane direct vent heater that we use over the night to keep the temps up and then switch back to the stove in the morning.

I have 3 of them, one stopped working wasn't sure if it was the Pelletier wafer or the motor... its easy to get replacement parts which is nice...They work very well I can stand 20' away and they will move a piece of toilet paper...great review.
