Duke Shelly gets his Windy City *REVENGE*-Vikings Beat Bears [Week 18, 2022]

How many times are these teams going to play either on MNF or on the final week of the season? Feels like the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears are inevitable Week 18 viewing.
God this game was boring. Kirk Cousins threw for 225 yards and a touchdown in the first half, and then he and the starters (most of them) were benched for Nick Mullins & Co. With San Francisco handling the Cardinals, and the Texans refusing to lose, the Vikings were locked in the the NFC's #3 seed, and the Bears ended up with the #1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. So was this a tune-up for the playoffs? I guess. No Justin Fields and a QB platoon of Nathan Peterman and Tim Boyle. Garbage TDs by Velus Jones Jr. and Cole Kmet were the Bears only scores against the Vikings second-string defense.
Cousins bounced back from a rough outing, completing 17 of 20 passes while posting a sparkling 130.2 rating. He hit K.J. Osborn for a 66-yard completion on Minnesota’s first possession, setting up a 4-yard touchdown to Adam Thielen, and led two more scoring drives.
Nick Mullens came on in the third quarter and was 11 of 13 for 116 yards and an interception. Osborn had 117 yards on five catches. Justin Jefferson added four receptions for 38 yards, boosting his team-record totals to 128 and 1,809 on the season.
Alexander Mattison ran for a career-high two touchdowns, scoring from the 1 in both the second and third quarters. The game could've been even more lopsided if Dalvin Cook hadn't fumbled to end a promising first-quarter drive.
But I digress. Bring on the Giants. Skol.
